And let say, have listed 3 cities in the legend with their colour scheme and on the map have group of cities in the colour scheme of each of the cities in the legend in order to show a business in those 3 areas that services the 3 grouped cities. If you get what I mean. But you have given me an idea on how to go about what I need to do.
How to use abbreviations instead of full state names? the map is not picking up all the abbreviations when i used them in the column instead of full names..

I can do that under the 3D map but I can't somehow do the same on just the map feature on excel, thoughts?

Wow. There are hundreds of map videos out there for excel maps. Turns out this is the only one that is any good!
