Fabioluos conversation! I can't agree with both of you more! I'm a former buyer, leading a procurement trainings now. I've always had this "big picture" attitude and a lot of my bosses didn't want me to change, tocreate, to move further our procurement function... Now I'm in good place, helping others to change their mindset, to understand that we are here to bribg the value. Not alone, together with the rest of the business! Best regards to you guys!

I like long videos, but don't you guys think the was too much water in the podcast?
Not sure what "water" means here? Too much fluff? The intention of these episodes is to be like two people talking over a beer or a coffee. Not a stuffy corporate podcast. Won't be for everyone.
