Netflix portrays an older point in the story, i believe geralt and vesimir created new medallions after retaking kaer morhen
Geralt is losing his medallion in books too, so medallion from games could be the new after that story in book, and meddalion from netflix could be this lost
Netflix's witcher is based on the books.
If you have the books you will see the cover pictures of it and many images in it..its the same medallion as Netflix's.
That would mean its awesome

Wtf ,here i was having a debate on who should be the one portraying Geralt on Netflix other than Henry Cavill and then this guy comes right out of the game.

Edit: Now since i saw Henry as a whole i definitely agree that he fits the role overall although i wished if the production was not cheap and did a better job then making him look like a fresh city boy often in the series.Only the nature does the perfect job of putting the right shade on his face sometimes.
I am sure the director was more interested on the series coz she's a feminist and season 1 felt like a trial and so i hope they use the loads of money they got from that to make the Season 2 better.

In Poland you can buy a drink called 'kwas chlebowy' - what means in wrod to word translation 'bread acid'. It taste like... Something between Coca-Cola and dark beer. It's non alcoholic drink. So first person below wrote: "XD niema to jak pić kwas chlebowy" what means (not exactly, it hard to translate): "There is nothing better to drink bread acid" and second person agreed: "Akurat jest pyszny" means "Unfortunately is delicious" I hope it was helpful ;)

No, he doesn't. Steel swords in the game have regular T-shaped crossguards, silver swords have the bent, V-shaped/tapering crossguards. Trust me, I've spent an unhealthily large number of hours staring at Geralt's back. They have it swapped around in some of the promo-art, but in-game, the silver blade is always to the right. You can check game footage if you don't believe me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Oh, I see, what you mean. I thought you meant he has his sword behind his left shoulder, not that he has them swapped.
Though he used to wear his swords crossed with silver sword behind his left shoulder in The Witcher (1).
I've also spent shitload of time with the game and I'm still not planning to uninstall it yet.
