Intello SortPack is a state-of-the-art sorting and packing machine for onions. Made in India, the fully automated system reduces your labour dependency by up to 80% and excess weight in each pack by 80%. Designed, built and trained for Indian conditions, the machine achieves greater accuracy compared to manual sorting and packing and does it at very high speeds. At the same time, it handles onions gently, so no damage or loss occurs during sorting or packing.
Intello SortPack is available in two variants: bulk packing and retail packing. The retail packing comes in two speed options: 25 packs per minute and 50 packs per minute. The bulk packing system achieves a turbo speed of 4 packs per minute.
