UHP may be lame but they collect a lot of money over BS traffic stops. If you drive in Utah, you will be stopped more than ever in your life. California, I have never been stopped in my life EVER.
@Chaim Utah is a mini 'Hell-A' aka Los Angeles. It's overcrowded, over priced, crime has jumped. It used to be nice, and the people have changed drastically. I wouldn't recommend this state to anyone. Utah County is okay for now. Salt Lake City and northern areas are BAD
