For those F2P players there's still a Pz.III N in italian tech tree.
"The Pz III N sees more downtiers than not". I can assure you from personal experience that this is not the case.

I love this tank, having it since CBT.
The German Snub 75mm with the 38C HEAT shell is a really great gun. I love bringing my III N and F1 into higher tier games. They fire quickly and you would be surprised with what just 100mm pen can cripple. It overpressures open tops and can deal some major damage to those annoying Higher BR armored cars so if you want a challenge take them into higher games.
KV style heavy tanks really despise the HEAT these things get. It can go clean through the upper plate assuming it is somewhat flat and I destroy more KV 1 breaches with this gun than any other.

I have this tank and I think it's great. You can literally shower your opponent with a barrage of projectiles.
The side shields do practically nothing - it just doesn't work as it should. This is from my own tests. The HEAT rounds that the powerful 105mm Sherman uses always go through the side anyway.
I prefer to use reinforced tracks, which gives a lot to endurance with intense fire from small arms.
A thousand GE for a middling tank, eh? If they cut it by about three or four hundred, I'd be inclined to pick it up.
I got mine at the 2022 new year sale, so it was like 150 ge off I'm sure

I'd pay a bit more and get the premium Pz4.
Not because it's a better tank than the TT ones.. but it's Rank 3 which lets you grind very well and do tasks / events.
If you want to spend a little it's a fun tank. Get it then get the Tiger SLA to grind the rest. Even if you have passed it pick it up on sale. It's just fun.
Once you learn to shoot without sniper mode and especially lobbing shells over hills aiming with binoculars, well you can destroy tanks at will. They won’t even know where the shooting is coming from.
Also the tank I’ve gotten the most “heavy metal hero” awards. When it’s lit it burns.
Man i have a lineup with only early Panzers E C F with only HEAT and there is nothing more satisfying than killing a SU-122 and Shermans 105 that yolo around totally confident on their armor.
Worth. 1000%.

Can we get SK105-A2 Stock to Spaded? I think it's perfekt for that, as the gameplay really changes once you get APDSFS and mobility Upgrades as you have no Stab

I've got it - worth it! Lots of fun - fast reload makes it deadly.
It's also crazy good at higher BRs, I have this in my 5.7 lineup and it performs amazingly

I know old video etc, but i have a question.
I recently started playing again, and wanted to get my Pz3N out. To my surprise the HEAT shell doesnt do jack. Like, i can shoot the side of a sherman, which isnt thick, and my shell just *poof* vanishes on impact. I didnt get a single penetrating hit with it. Besides the odd AA in between. Every other tank i have works fine, no matter the rank or BR. Did they change something? Am i stupid?
HEAT can be finicky. It should go right through, but deal limited post-pen damage. As far as I know, there have been no gameplay mechanic changes that have impacted how HEAT has worked recently.
@@Tankenstein thanks for the answer. What's also weird, when I test the shell in the protection analysis, it works fine, if I go on test drive, it behaves far inferior. Against the same targets, I suddenly don't pen. Really weird. But I guess this tank gets a rest, and I will return to it in a few weeks. Like I said, only this specific vehicle has the issue, others work like intended.

Oh yes a panzer 3 LES-FU**ING-GOOOOOOOO
Short 75mm is amazing and super underrated, but at 3.0 it really loses its magic. Luckily every other tank with it has lower br. Sd.Kfz.234/3, early Pz.IVs and Nb.Fz. are my personal favourites.
Powerful APCBC and HEAT to take care of the heaviest targets and milktrucks.
As for Pz.III N specifically, I'm not a fan of it, despite me really liking most low tier premiums. I've never seen it do well in battle or had any trouble killing it. It's cheap but there are way better premiums available. I don't recommend buying it, save GE for better stuff.
Not just because of its br and armament thing. I would probably get this thing a long time ago if it had spaced armor on the turret. Without it, it's just an easy kill.
Btw, you should still carry APCBC shells on this thing, especially in downtiers. That would've helped you a few times in this video (like oneshotting a Char 2C, it's actually capable of that, or against that AEC AA) and is pretty useful when flanking (fast reload helps you switch quickly).
Also, Winterketten is way cooler than sideskirts.
I wish they didn't nuke this things lineup both the puma and Panzer 3M made the lineup one of the best in game now it's just meh
