    “Hail Mary full of Grace” the Angel Gabriel said to Mary. Pope Benedict said that “Grace” means to be always “filled with Gods Love” Mary is always filled with the love of God, who was chosen by God to be Mother of his Divine son. She was the tabernacle of Jesus for nine months. Jesus lived with Mary for 30 years while Jesus public ministry with the apostles was for 3 years.
    Marys role in our salvation is always bringing Jesus to us and giving praise and thanksgiving before the throne of God.
    Ave Maria.. 🙏

    It is the fault of the Church for not teaching her properly.
    Once she is taught properly, she won't have anymore doubts. And she will either strengthen her faith or leave the Church.

    Pearl is a grifter, she knows nothing about her faith and acts like she does which is the part that is faulty.

    It’s God who elevated her to be the Queen of heaven, who is Pearl or any one of us to oppose that?

    That’s one of the main reasons I won’t convert to Catholicism. All these people claim we don’t worship Mary and we don’t believe Mary is above Christ.. and yet, especially women, primarily pray “with” Mary and only have her statues and only have her images and only talk about her. So you may say you don’t elevate Mary above Christ, and to them I say show me your faith by your deeds. Your faith is in Mary.

    I loved your explanation at the end!
    What made me kind of sad and go uhhh is when she said that "Throughout history women have been elevated too much." 1. What did she mean? If she is talking about history in general, I respectfully disagree. Women have been demonized throughout history, for example the Salem witch trials where so many women were wrongfully executed. But, if she meant the Catholic Church, there are so many women saints to love and admire. Because women have been mistreated throughout history, I love female saints and Mama Mary because they trusted in God and are good example for women! I think these saints are empowering and uplifting and good models for women.
    But, regardless of what she meant, it still made me sad. God made women with a special purpose and He loves women and His daughters. And Jesus loves His Mother more than we could. I just hope Pearl doesn't look down on her own gender. Not me trying to draw conclusions or anything, but this is my two cents!

    Knowing Latin really helps you understand the meaning between "Latria" and "Dulia". The modern English language confuses with worshiping and veneration...

    If only we practiced what we preached and learnt. We have lived in such hypocrisy that it would have been easier for Jesus to change the mind of an atheist rather than us.

    Thanks for the informative video. Blessed is Mary among women and blessed is the fruit of her womb.
    Just a correction on the 3 keywords: They are not from LATIN but from Greek.
    λατρεία - latreia (adoration, worship)
    ὑπέρδουλεία - hyperdoulia (higher homage)
    δουλεία - doulea (homage)

    I have seen how Catholics consider Evangelical Christians as outcasts. They bring in tradition in all conversations but don’t practice it between 4 walls themselves. That’s why so many are drawn to the other side of the fence because of HOW they preach Christ.
    We need to learn from them and pray. But leaving the Catholic Church over this is a BIG NO-NO…

    It's not quite true that she didn't do anything. I have recently come closer to Mary through the image of Our Lady of Sorrows. She had an unimaginably hard life, to which she said an unconditional "yes" at the moment of the Annunciation. The shame of that weird pregnancy. The misery in which her baby was born. The life as a refugee in Egypt. As a mother, I relate to her anguish when her Son took on the preacher's life. And of course, the unimaginable suffering through Christ's passion - WATCHING her son die the most horrible death - the despair of the next two days - and later, through the faith and the hope, still the loneliness of the childless widow. She suffered MORE than her Son did. I won't go as far as calling her co-redemptrix, since she was only human and not divine, and redemption could be done only by her divine Son - but heck, she comes close. If you don't venerate her above all other human beings, she is no more than (as usual) the forgotten woman in the story.

    The Apostle Paul said something to the Corinthian church that was extremely true.
    There had been those in the church who had venerated certain of the brethren within the church as models to be honored and followed. When the Apostle Paul got wind of this, he began to address the church: "I mean that each one of you says, "I follow Paul" or "I follow Apollos" or "I follow Cephas" or "I follow Christ." "Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you?" "Or were you baptized in the name of Paul?"
    Obviously, the Apostle Paul could have easily interjected Cephas and Apollos to contain the similar question posed: "Were Cephas and Apollos crucified for you?"
    Today, there are many others who can be added to Apostle Paul's list.
    Many Roman Catholics know who the added ones are.

    I love my catholic brothers and sisters. But Jesus died to save Mary as much as He died for you and me. There was and will only be one person that never sinned and that is Jesus. For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Plus you really believe that after Jesus was born a young woman Mary and a young man Joseph never had sex. Love you but Mary was blessed and Did God's will but she is just human.

    • @Jwarrior123
      @Jwarrior123 Před 5 měsíci

      Mary was sinless.
      And she was a perpetual virgin.
      She and Joseph never had sex.
      Yes Mary was saved by Jesus but in a way that is different from any else. He saved her BEFORE she contracted original sin at conception.
      Yes she is just human but a very special woman. How many women do you know that carried Our Lord in the womb for 9 months?
      And if she had sinful flesh, do you think sinless Jesus would have been able to live in her womb for even a second?
      No. That's why God prepared her for this most special vocation by making her sinless.
      God bless and Blessed Good Friday 🙏

      @flintwestwood3596 Před 5 měsíci

      She was saved before Jesus' death. In fact she was saved before His birth. God wasn't going to put His incarnation in a si ful vessel or ark. She was "built" to specs before Jesus became incarnate. Similarly, Joseph who was told by the angel the nature of Mary's pregnancy was bot going to commit blasphemy by sticking his wang inside the new ark for pleasure. Also, none of Mary's role in salvation history detracts from her humanity.

    • @flintwestwood3596
      @flintwestwood3596 Před 5 měsíci +7

      Mary was saved before Jesus died on the cross, before He was even born. God made her to specs to house His incarnate son which is why she's sinless. Just like God made the first ark of the covenant to specs to house the tablets. God doesn't deposit His word into any old vessel. Similarly Joseph wouldn't be blasphemous to have relations with something/someone so sacred. Mary's role doesn't alter her humanity. Mary was indeed human, but not any old human as she had a task no one's ever had before, or since. "For all have sinned..." - Rom. 3:23 - don't ignore context. Romans 1-4 which is where this is found is discussing how Jews and Gentiles have sin as a common denominator and how we all need Jesus, the works of he law are not sufficient. The passage is on how Jesus is for the world, not just Jews or gentiles. The passage then is not about comparing Jesus to the world and who's sinless vs who's not. Context. Lack of context is how the devil tried to manipulate Jesus in the temptation in the desert by quoting scripture. Whether it's done out of ignorance or malice, it leads to incorrect teachings.

    *I* largely walked out because its teachings in the past have taught me objectively evil agendas, including and especially its classification of something I knew from testing of the teaching thereof to bring someone who adheres to it to Hell to be the greatest of virtues: namely humility. That's right: that doctrine taught me that a doorway to intrinsic immorality is actual moral when I tested the teaching and found it to be a doorway to the evils of genocide via subordinating oneself to anything, including God Himself.
    So thus we know that the doctrines and dogmas do not hold up; as they taught even *one* man to do what's intrisically wrong in and of itself!
