Subaru Outback door panel removal tip, grab handle

When removing the door panel on mid 2000's Subaru Outback, Legacy etc. the grab handle must be removed to get access to two screws holding the grab handle to the door. There are lots of videos showing how to remove the panels, but hardly any focus in on the grab handle.
