Steevee, this is awesome. 👍✌️❤️
Thanks@@joyceh2721 Something different from Rory etc. Though there is more Rory on the way.
@@ScottishTeeVee thanks Steevee. Must admit I"be become a bit obsessed in my old age with Rory. I do listen to other stuff. Have a really diverse music collection. Opera, classical, old 20s & 30s blues, rock, pop, folk and greek modern and traditional. (Thanks to you, listening to a bit of metal!!)Happy May day.
R.I.P SINEAD O'CONNOR
She was a passionate, courageous and daring artist, with a fantastic voice and lyrics!
Gone waay too soon.
That guitar part is otherworldly. Still phenomenal 30+ years later.
RIP Sinead ☹️
Always loved this song. RIP dear Sinead 😔
Simply a woman who spoke the truth. You are such an amazing person that never feared the establishment. Special place in heaven set out for Shinners and thank you for saving so many people from abuse.
Fair play to Jah Wobble decent man as we say in Dublin !☘️
Takes me back to riding in my 1988 5.0 Mustang listening to this song on WXRT in Chicago.
I would not have expected to see those words together in the same sentence in a million years.
Being a bass player wasn’t my dream, the electric guitar was my first love. I kinda fell into the roll of bass player. But then I heard this track and Primal Scream’s Higher Than The Sun (a dub symphony) and I immediately had my bass player hero!
Very quickly got educated on his previous work with PIL and his early solo work and also saw this lineup in this clip play in London (without Sinead I think, though my memory is somewhat hazy for those days. Sinead was of course an amazing singer! May she RIP).
Seen/heard Mr. Wobble play a couple of times in Ireland since then, even got to shake hands with the man and thank him for his music and the inspiration. Proper Geezer, class!
🙏🏼💜✨
R. I. P Sinead 😢
Beautiful track ❤👌
Another Gen-X'er gone too soon. 💔
You have a lot of hidden gems in your video collection, just found you today, this one and Sinead at Glastonbury 95, anything from Sinead will be appreciated highly!
I probably have more, will release them as I find them. Thanks for watching and commenting
Heard this for the first time this week (shame on me!)
Thanks for uploading
Thanks for watching and commenting Klaus🙂
Sinead con la sua voce celestiale ha reso il brano ancora piu' affascinante, con la sua presenza ha regalato una dimensione surreale ......fascino unico, ... ragazza speciale, donna bellissima. Ciao Sinead❤
RIP Sinéad O'Connor
Voice of an angel ❤
Mon ange à 25 ans , tu illuminais
I remember this. The album he did around then was great.
Aul jah with hair brilliant
Great song great Sinead
Amazing! I was just looking for a decent live version of this last week .nice one1

Great track❤

🌟☘️💫
Glad I found your channel last month, so many hidden gems, thanks for uploading.
Glad you like them!
Sinead O'Connor has the most beautiful eyes. I'd like to have heard this without the guitar and the track progress into a ten minute bass odyssey with some samples.
Agreed, I hoped there might be a version like that on Spotify, but not found one so far. Thanks for watching and commenting Evil.
Oh my God I 100-percent forgot about this song. It is so amazing
I'm glad you enjoyed this video Alex
Many thanks for doing what you're doing. This is wonderful
My pleasure! Glad you enjoyed it
Cheers
Nice and twangy. :D Byt seriously, good upload. Thanks.
So glad you enjoyed this Jonathan. Wish I had more from Jah, but I don't.
Mainstream back in the day, now you have to go to a pot laden village fete to hear this.
Fabulous. Just a shame her vocal isn’t louder
u wouLDn’t want it LouDer…
Cloth-eared sound mixer mixing it as if they’re a rock band with the drums way too loud (and I’m a drummer). The album this is from has been a huge part of my life since it came out over thirty years ago.
I just got his Covers solo LP and played a whole side at the wrong speed without realizing it... Too bad Sinead committed careericide...
Sticking it to the man - the only side to be.
No good.
terrible mix unfortunately
So bad her " endlessly " is buried here :/ it is so heartfelt, I think it could one come from a deep religious feeling. So sad Sinead 🥲, what a presence here. 😳💚 Sometimes life is too cruel with some people. Rest in peace, deserved
Will we ever see music this good again?
THE jah wobble
This is awesome but man , you make me feel so old. Wobble's Snake Charmer album with Holger Czukay is still one of my favourites. Thanks dude.
Have not heard it, I'll look on Spotify for it, thanks for the pointer.
The younger we are, the less we witnessed.
