When we talk about ssj4 goku (for me is very close to fusion in terms of hype) im 1994 and when i saw for the first time ssj 4 aganist baby was amazing.
Yeah for a lot of us Ssj4 Goku is easily fusion level peak but overall it's held back by the old animation and negative stigma around GT , many people haven't even watched it and a lot of the ones that did aren't as hype about it compared to the new stuff with better animation .

@@dabonethugEh i don't really see the appeal of that ssj4 Goku has more content but it'll really be him without the assist . If anything we could get Base Goku with ssj4 Vegeta assist like in dokkan , assist characters tend to be stronger ones rather than equals and we have the tag already so i don't think that's gonna happen .
I'm with the majority of people that believe part 3 is going to be a GT Ultra. SSJ4 Gogeta is probably the most likely pick in my opinion since he's just a really hype way to cap off the anniversary. Although I would rather want SSJ4 Goku over Gogeta because of like you said. The lead up to Gogeta instead of straight away to Gogeta. Something interesting I've noticed is that the amount of Ultras compared to last year is actually less than the year before. This year we have only gotten Ultra SSJ2 Gohan and Ultra Golden Frieza. If Legends has to reach a specifc amount of Ultras per year then it's not impossible that they release two ultras for this anniversary. Which no doubt would insanely break the meta. If they're trying to buff GT in a huge way I could imagine Ultra SSj4 Goku and Vegeta if they want to drop 2 at the same time. Another possiblity is the fact that there has been no future buffs besides LF Zamasu, which also does not have enough version of his corrupted for released yet. The legends anniverary units seem to come back every few years in some way. Super Vegito came back as the ultra 3 years later, Vegito Blue also 3 years later, now it would technically be Gogeta and Zamasu's turn. Which would not only buff GT but, bring Future into the anniversary again in a major way. In my opinion I don't want this option, I would rather have a single SSJ4 Goku or the double Ultras SSJ4 Goku and Vegeta. Either way the games meta is going to be broken by whatever ultra comes out.

Part of me has a feeling its going to be a powerful opponent. We've been getting a few hits that seem to point in this direction, the Zenkai Kid Buu, the ticket challenges all list some kind of powerful opponent (the previous challenges hinted at BOG and Buu Saga) as well as the Omega Shenron equipment that could hint at powerful opponent rather then just GT
Unironically SS4 Gogeta is probably the healthiest option for the meta out of all the characters you mentioned here. I also think he is the most plausible too.
Tbh, I think Legends Fest 2024 will be dual ultras for the first time. I also think that’s where we’re going to see both MUI and Beast as ultras.

since they're introducing more mechanics into the game like fusing characters and 2 unique gauges we could possibly see a ultra with either a fusing mechanic or 2 unqiue gauges, so we can see by that we'll probably have a GT ultra with a gauge to transform or a tag ultra with the fusing mechanic.

3 options for release (not by particular order):
1. Majin Vegeta: If they want to continue with the Majin Buu saga like part 1 and part 2, this character is the obvious choice.
2. Merged Zamasu (not corrupted): If they want to give us another hype fusion that is not Gogeta or Vegito.
3. SSJ4 Goku: same reasons as Goresh said in the video.
What they not going to release:
SSJ4 Gogeta - Until now they always released Ultra Gogeta units on Legends Fest, and in this anniversary we already got a gogeta unit.
MUI - The LF MUI got release 1.5 years after LF Sign UI. The Ultra Sign UI is still very dominant and strong so I don't really see them release a better version of him so soon. Maybe next anniversary (1.5 years from Ultra Sign UI).
Double Ultra Banners:
That will be terrible idea so hopefully not. The rating to pull an Ultra is already low, so 2 banners? No thank you.
Double Ultras in the same banner: This is just copium. They don't even doing this for LFs.

I feel like they could do a double ultra banner based off the other parts. And if they do that it seems like we might get a god ki or movies and buu saga character. Or one that I’m hoping for is either ultra ss4 gogeta and ultra corrupted Zamasu.

The ultra have no correlation to the part 1 or 2

If its a Ultra SS4 Goku they have to lock in a powerful ability to a GT party, because Son Family is too good right now. They either lock Ultra SS4 to a GT party or a Saiyan team.
