Absolutely, this is an instance of CZcams trying to protect itself and the corporations that own those child-friendly characters and pretending that it's something else or treating it as something much more severe than it really is (Violence and Gore). Probably exacerbated by their algorithm and how it could lead to children looking for videos with these characters to this video and present a negative representation.

He’s one of the huge faces of CZcams, and CZcams probably recognizes that In order for them to be successful, he needs to be, so he gets extra privilege. And when markiplier stands up to them about it, they know they also can’t risk losing him and having him paint them in a bad way, so they end up taking his side. That’s how I view their reasoning, but I might be wrong!

CZcams is like an anxious parent in public. 90% of what their kids are doing everyone will assume it's just kids being kids, but the parent keeps getting mad at them saying "you're gonna make me look like a bad parent" and bringing more attention than it would have gotten in the first place

Disney probably pressured CZcams privately, and because they couldn't outright say "We banned this video because it hurts a big corporation's feeling's" they played dumb and pretended it was an accident. They probably thought that enough time had passed that no one would notice if they silently went around and banned the video again.

Probably because more "engagement" means more ad revenue for Google. Or, they just want to make discussion on certain channels as difficult as possible. Maybe both.
If I had to take a shot in the dark here, I would guess that with CZcams being such a large company at this point, they probably keep getting fresh employees who aren't always in the know of what's happened previously. Chances are they strike things according to what they're told to do, and there's not really any more information being shared other than that.

The only reason why I think CZcams keeps taking down videos and handing people strikes is because the companies who own those characters REALLY didn't like the video and cried to CZcams to punish the people who had it in there videos.

while this is possible, I doubt an automatic system would issue a strike for "gore". I'm more inclined to believe that new workers (moderators) have joined the YT team who were not familiar with all of this history and lore, hence they're doomed to repeat the same mistakes over and over as the same company but different people within it.
CZcams banning this, meanwhile there are movie trailers showing violence in 4K HDR with the highest detail possible, blood, guns and fires, but because it’s a movie trailer it’s fine.

Imagine if you saw 2 of the most popular mascots fighting on your website, then having to deal with Disney and Viacom on the same platform. Its crazy that CZcams would get give people strikes over a SpongeBob and Mickey Mouse mascot having a road rage incident but pay no attention to the videos on CZcams that legit has violence and gore
in my opinion it's not only CZcams's fault, it could easly be Disney or Nickelodeon "saying" to CZcams to remove those videos to protect the image of their francise. (it's still not a good enough reason to remove the video and strike the channels but that's what big companies do)
I think CZcams's manual reviewers are actually just three guys in a shack with dial-up internet who are collectively paid two dollars and a pile of rocks to scroll through the entire backlog of videos flagged by the system and they end up just agreeing with what the system says in order to make the mountain of work easier on them.
This is definitely Disney and/or Nickelodeon stepping on CZcams's necks over this video. It's a goofy video but you've got two of the most recognisable family friendly characters who've undoubtedly made both companies billions - they don't want to muddy their image with this video, so they go and strike anyone who posts this video and scare other people from even thinking about re-uploading this cursed video.

I believe it's the brand's owners going to CZcams and not wanting their mascots doing "violent" acts, especially with how popular the video got. They always hate people taking their IP's and doing shit with it that they don't like or don't approve of. That is the only reason why I can think of that this video keeps having these issues.

For the reason why a 30 minute video gets rejected in 3 minutes, it's because they're pulling a TENET temporal pincer movement. An employee watches the video, inverts themselves and rejects it before making the employee watch it.
CZcams has absolutely no respect for its creators. We see it time and time again. After the anger boils down, it just leaves me feeling sad, because there's nothing I can do about it. It doesn't seem like there's anything anyone else can do about it. They just don't give a shit. :(

Not that creators will want to stay on Twitch anyways.
Probably two things happening: Disney and Nikelodian being stupid, assuming the video is a brand risk, and throwing copious money at CZcams to make it dissapear. And some new employee stumbling upon the newest reference to the video, doing a half assed investigation into what the appropriate course of action is and only seeing the “we strike them” action, not the rest of it.

This is like the PewDiePie's "Coco" music video situation. CZcams removes it because of "Child Endangerment" when there's nothing in there that shows it. They also removed all videos reacting to it. Not only that, the audio only, and the instrumental that was uploaded by the producer also got removed by CZcams. They treated both Coco and that fake road rage video like it's some cursed/ultra-violent thing.
I haven't seen it for a bit, but I remember thinking the lighting in the video was weird. Maybe it triggered an automatic system. Maybe not, but that was the biggest part I remember.

I'm almost 100% certain that this has Disney's, or some other megacorporation's, hands all over it. They're likely putting pressure on CZcams to stop the likeness of their characters committing acts of violence on-screen. The only reason why I think CZcams keeps taking down videos and handing people strikes is because the companies who own those characters REALLY didn't like the video and cried to CZcams to punish the people who had it in there videos.
That's the only reasonable explanation I've seen. It just doesn't make sense otherwise. Not that it's a good reason.

in my opinion it's not only CZcams's fault, it could easly be Disney or Nickelodeon "saying" to CZcams to remove those videos to protect the image of their francise. (it's still not a good enough reason to remove the video and strike the channels but that's what big companies do)
I think CZcams's manual reviewers are actually just three guys in a shack with dial-up internet who are collectively paid two dollars and a pile of rocks to scroll through the entire backlog of videos flagged by the system and they end up just agreeing with what the system says in order to make the mountain of work easier on them.

For the reason why a 30 minute video gets rejected in 3 minutes, it's because they're pulling a TENET temporal pincer movement. An employee watches the video, inverts themselves and rejects it before making the employee watch it.
CZcams has absolutely no respect for its creators. We see it time and time again. After the anger boils down, it just leaves me feeling sad, because there's nothing I can do about it. It doesn't seem like there's anything anyone else can do about it. They just don't give a shit. :(

If Twitch says they can't pay all their partners 70/30 because it's "too expensive," they're not gonna start supporting permanent vods/video uploads (in a way that could replace youtube). Not that creators will want to stay on Twitch anyways.

This is like the PewDiePie's "Coco" music video situation. CZcams removes it because of "Child Endangerment" when there's nothing in there that shows it.
They also removed all videos reacting to it. Not only that, the audio only, and the instrumental that was uploaded by the producer also got removed by CZcams.
They treated both Coco and that fake road rage video like it's some cursed/ultra-violent thing.

I'm almost 100% certain that this has Disney's, or some other megacorporation's, hands all over it. They're likely putting pressure on CZcams to stop the likeness of their characters committing acts of violence on-screen.
