    After fermentation i don't think you hv to add eno

    We don't add Eno . Only soak urad dal and moong dal ,then grind both add salt and mix. At times one can add mashed ginger and green chillies too.

    Why did you add baking soda and eno when the batter is fermented? No need to add it. Then what is the use of calling it healthy
