Rebirth: Relaxing Ambient Sci Fi Music for Spring

- I peer out my bedroom window as crisp morning air permeates the hillside. Dew gently drips from the tree’s coloured fray to tell of spring’s arrival. Fog drifts meekly through the valley to greet the light beyond the sky’s overcast hue as the town’s workers arise for their shifts at the IRD building. The Interdimensional Research Division was established here in the lush secrecy of the mountainside before my Grandfather was born, each generation a successor to its last. It’s peaceful here… until it’s not.

I am just picturing a Systems Alliance marine walking through a re-grown orchard post ME3 reaper invasion, with vines wrapped all over a dead Reaper corpse. The relay had just been fixed, and its his first time home after being stranded.

I've loved listening to ambient music over the years. This would normally be "here and there". Pretty sparse.
In the last month, since discovering this channel, I've listened to ambient all day long, for hours on repeat. I love it. You have the perfect blend of ambience that puts me in the future, and rhythmic push that gives me this calm, yet high energy to accomplish things, be in a higher mental state(where my actions are apart of the greater humanity and cosmos), and a constant panoramic view of the horizon.

The town starts to awaken its eyes towards a new day,
A deep breath in, nourishing oneself with the freshness of the mountain air,
The valleys and mountains, drenched in the veil of heavy fog,
On this occasion, it was welcomed to play hide and seek,
Another day on duty at the Interdimensional Research Division,
The energy transpires within these walls, is shrouded by locks, keys and chains,
The rubies on the trees, glisten in the morning dew,
A carpet of lushness, the feel of walking barefoot, what a delightful thought,
This second is tranquility encompassed with serenity, is an unwelcomed portal looming?
Deja vu, feelings and emotions erupt within, seeing oneself so clearly in a repetitive cycle,
Ooooh!!! If this is true?
I clearly know what unfolds next, can you guess?
The words “Lets try again, what did we learn, a different approach-one word REBIRTH!!!

The illustration reminds me of the remote mountain village of Vals, in the Swiss Alps, known for the beautiful architecture of its thermal baths. Interestingly a long time ago there had been plans for a tall spire a bit like the one shown here, though slightly thinner.
That’s so cool!
Speaking of my grandfather, he went missing years ago. The official report says it was a routine fabric-flux test and grandpa wasn't following protocols; but I know the IRD, I know my grandpa, and I know better. They like us to think that research is all we're doing. "To better understand quantum entanglement and space-time separation is to the benefit of all," they say. But only those allowed in The Yellow Room in that soulless concrete high-rise know the real truth. Grandpa was on to something and was working to stop them... until the 'accident'. But I swear I'll gain access to The Room like he did - if it's the last thing I do. I'll expose the IRD and uncover what they're really up to.
So good! There's a whole story to be developed here! All the questions around the grandpa, what's going on inside the building, love it!

Day 193: There has been little to no movement in the city below. I thought I saw person going from building to building through alleyways below.
It must've been my imagination cause I've been seeing it from buildings far apart from each other. Ammo has been low and scope has been fuzzy recently.
There's been lot's of fog here, so I have to swap to thermal for a while. I've heard cracks cracking, and creaks creaking.
The weight of the elevator is tearing the the pulley system apart. I look down to find some movement. Nothing; until I hear an alarm go off at the skyscraper. My MP5 is the only gun I have for a good chance of survival. I walk to the steps. But before I get there, the door creaks open.

I personally can't stand spring (just not a warmth type), but this is wonderful.
Honestly, fall and winter are my favourites. Spring usually comes with a lot of allergies for me lol 🤧

I must say that no matter the season, I prefer cloudy weather with those intense light gray clouds, maybe with a little drizzle now and then. That's what gives me a relaxing atmosphere and inspiration to create some ambient music :)

With what tools are you creating the music? ( Instruments and/or programs)
And are you interested in making music for video Games?
I use Logic Pro X and a variety of VSTs and FX plugins for my CZcams music. Products from companies like Spitfire Audio, U-HE, Synapse Audio, Valhalla and a bunch more. And yes I compose for video games full time :)
