Honoring the fallen in Operation Redwing in this event. It was tough, each log carried represented a Chinook that went down during that mission. Also added with plenty of heat and rain just to make it more memorable! Before attempting this challenge, I had the opportunity to hear Marcus Luttrell speak on July 5th of all days. It really felt like it was meant to be to attempt this event and what a great experience it was.

That rain was coming down around but it didnt stop any of you. It seemed like it was fate that it rained to see how determined you all would be to get it done. Which you did a great job of doing.
It's ironic, cause most of my difficult challenges that I have signed up for involve a heavy down pour. It really solidify's the experience in my brain for sure

Got to do this event and loved it! We each had to research and talk about a person from the operation. I got to do Marcus Luttrell, and after that. . .hydro burpees! It was a great experience. Will be doing my first Tough Event this year with an ABSOC.

Haha, it was like it was planned. Literally half way through the event on the way back, down pour the whole way and I was stuck on the heaviest log, but it was worth it

Wow that rain! When I visited Atlanta (exactly 4 years ago) it rained and thunder-stormed quite a bit. I kind of enjoyed it tho. The event looked fun!

My toughest challenge has had to have been Marathon; but now I am ready for my 2nd and SO KEEN TO GET A PB!

My second marathon, was Chicago and I didn't get a PB but the experience made up for it. Marathons are tough, My body really hurts after this event and thinking about comparing the two. May be an interesting video. Goggins haunted me that night after asking me whose going to carry the Logs, haha

Yes, the Goruck pack is designed to carry a weight and during an event you have a check list of items to carry one being a water bladder that is connected to a hose. Yeah the log part was hard haha

Right, I have an idea.....I’m looking to do a weekly/monthly video that just promotes other channels, maybe I’ll promote 4 per video. All I would need from you is a intro video with maybe music (copyright free of course with video footage that you’ve not used before, due to CZcams not allowing the same footage on 2 channels) and a intro talking about your channel.
