Can you do it with the rv flat on ground or do you have to jack up and have to weight on springs?

You can do this installation with the coach flat on the ground. If you need additional clearance, we recommend using ramps. Either way, the weight of the coach needs to be on the suspension.

The installation directions state: Radius rods should be installed and adjusted with weight on the front suspension.
