The lady didn’t get the shoes, she only put them on the duck. The crew from the video shoot bought them because they felt bad the little ducks feet were bleeding. If she really cared about her pets she wouldn’t keep her dog outside on a chain with her puppies in a box. I would like to know what happens to the puppies when they get old enough.

I'm guessing the dog is chained so she doesn't jumble into her or neighbor's crops when no one's watching. but who knows.

It's funny how 2 people can see the same thing and have completely diff views.
1st off, the dog doesn't even seem to want the duck around.
2nd the duck violated a major rule in nature, stay AWAY from my babies unless I introduce you. The duck literally invaded her kids safe zone and walked on them lol. The mother was quite upset and bit the duck several times. That's not a friendly relationship at all.
Now I'm wondering did we watch the same video?

@@user-np4vu5zn9f I am not sure what you mean by a dreasmer vs reaslist and how it applies. What I do know about ducks is they are a TAKE CHARGE SPECIES. They operate on the basis of "what's mine is mine and what's yours is mine." This little dog is doing his best to keep what is his - his. It is still cute to watch because the duck really likes this little dog.

It was so thoughtful of the crew members to give those pretty duck shoes. And it was creatively designed as well. But the poor duck! I feel sorry for him for having to keep following the dog all day and being hurt constantly in return for his love. Hope he got out of this obsession and started loving those lady ducks. ☺

Poor Ducky slipped a cog or ..Once they choose a ‘mate’ it’s for life.. If something happens to the mate, the widowers hang out together for years. Maybe his mate died and he saw the dog was alone too?

I'm back, Duck's have a way of thinking "What's mine is mine and what's yours is also mine." It is typical duck behavior. It still is sweet to see how desperatly this duck want's to be with his puppy friend even if he get's hurt in the process. A bond is a bond.
