    This was the very first roll-playing foot-pedalled reed organ with a pneumatic roll motor, from 1887. Prior to this date you had to turn a handle to power the music rolls.
    The tune was written in 1881 by Edward Slater and is still used at The Royal British Legion Service of Remembrance in November each year at The Royal Albert Hall when the Chelsea Pensioners slow march in to the hall. It was often sung by Peter Dawson in the 1920's.
