I will be looking forward to the special. Wicked partially got me into Broadway as a middle schooler. The Hollywood Pantages was where I saw the show at 14 with Eden and Megan as Elphaba and Glinda and now I’m 25. But sometimes I wish I took take a time travel to 2003 and see these two lovely ladies. That way I would have been even more excited five years ago for Idina as Elsa in Frozen. Even the cast album was the first one I listened to in its entirety even over a year possibly as I recall before I got to see the show. Also Idina if I were you I would wait until Walker is 14 or so to try sitting in the audience with him again.

Samuel Brown Even almost every time recently that my mom and I went to a show, she mistakes the cast for the OBC. That was the only time I sat foot at the Pantages. Mom prefers to see a show in Costa Mesa. Wicked is such a beautiful but occasionally scary show. I knew what to expect in terms of music and story but nothing else when I came to the show.

I find it hilarious that even though Idina plays Elphaba and Kristin plays Glenda, their animated characters are swapped in terms of hero or villain. Gabi from Rio 2 and Elsa from Frozen.

I saw this play back in the day around 2003 and saw it with these two, and unfortunately had seats way up top and some annoying kids and moms making a lot of noise. BUT at least I can say I did in fact see these two.
