There are tons of amazing gameplay mods that add new features and gameplay to The Sims 4, but sometimes you just need mods for those simple fixes in the game. Here are some simple mods I use that make my life easier when playing The Sims 4 ♡

I can't believe I'm this long into playing the sims and finally started using gameplay mods. Next is to be less scared of Gshade! one step at a time.
I have a mod I think u didn’t cover, it’s called the iso love camera by ravasheen, if u like taking family portraits or other things with ur sim it allows u to have full control of the camera, so u don’t need to spawn any sims to take a photo!
Yes ! I use it :) That definitley makes life easier, I just kept this video focused on the little things

GIRL you’ve saved me with the knowledge of the microwave mod, cuz my sims be getting that dumbass moodlet even with the most expensive microwave in the game 🙄
that cc divider mod is top tier
MCCC is so frikkin useful in SO many ways! it's like fine tuning the game how you want it to be. I see so many mods that are separate that do one thing you can do with MCCC, so it's really a one stop shop. Enabling or disabling specific autonomy with the tuner is the biggest thing for me.... and pregnancy chances. But I think I've tweaked just about every option in the sizeable menu. Thank goodness it saves settings even when it needs an update.

You can use mccc to speed up homework too. You can also remove monsters under the bed, have multiple best friends, automatic proposal based on relationship level, set how many kids a couple can have, percent of pregnancy, cheat or change pregnancy phase and parent, cheat relationship and skills, clear mood buffs, set age, teleport sims to your sim, make sims leave, and allow friendly kisses. I think there is more, but I haven't figured out all the settings.

I love this! I had no idea how to use mccc for cheating degrees! I also used to use littlemssam until I figured out that I could use mccc to do it and the rates are customizable its amazing, both are great and super convenient

I’ve been watching your videos for a long time now and what I fond so entertaining and original about them is how your houseold, stories and gameplay are so realistic and different wich makes them so reliable and conforting to watch. Do you have advices on how to make such realistic sims ? Like do you use inspo so you catch the details or something else?

Another mod that is awesome is by polarbear sims. I always have it in my game. For those who don't know. Polarbear sims makes a shower/bladder mod which relives both needs at the same rime when a sim showers. It's such a time saver.

Now I love that restaurant mod❤ had my sim go to a restaurant once and they ordered and sat all day and night until next day and still never got their food. I had to cheat their needs while they were there. Other sims got there food while my sims were there but mine never did so after waiting over 24 hours I had them leave. I tried to have them go back again and it was the same thing😮 I will love that mod ❤

Kinda unrelated But it’d be fun to see more lot based/ maps videos for more immersive worlds I never know what kind of lot to add for more realism 😢
To me, these are optimal rather than fixing, and also a few I'm surprised have been made like the homework mod. I think there's a debate about infant needs. The helmet mod is both optional and also why isn't there a option to choose helmet. Also island living notifications, and the makeup, accessories, and yes let's just start in undies and bra.

Hi. I’m new to the game and I was trying to figure out what program to use to unzip the mods on my mac. For example I really want the island living event notification mod. I tried everything, even contacting Apple. It’s hard to know what website is safe for unpacking, unzipping mods. Any help you provide will be appreciated. Thanks!

Sometimes. I’ve played with them off cam but nothing long term. This family and save file was created by ratboysims :)
Other times I create a family specifically for a mod review and never really play with them. Just depends :)

It’s because she’s still learning. It’s the “practice riding bike” interaction. Once they learn how to ride a bike, they ride normal :)
