- Security cameras at an Ann Arbor gas station caught a drunk driver going airborne and flipping after losing control early Sunday. The Porsche AG Taycan flipped in the air several times before landing in the parking lot of a strip mall on Plymouth.
Flips??? That was an entire gymnastics routine

I used to drive fast when i was young and i used to think nothing will happen, it's fun to drive fast. Once i lost the control of my car and god knows how many times it flipped but i was badly hurt. It happened around 3 in the morning, i was 28 years old and after that i never ever drove fast, that accident is why i am a man now and not a boy. If you keep yourself safe, you're keeping others safe as well.

In case anybody's interested, all three people in the vehicle survived. A 20-year-old male passenger suffered critical injuries and needed to be extricated from the car. The driver and another passenger, a 19-year-old woman, both suffered minor injuries. This was drunk driving 😩
Finally some people with enough sense to wear seatbelts when driving drunk. Not enough sense to grab a taxi but credit where credit's due.

My mother lost control of my Chevy Lumina on I70 heading to wheeling.
Witnesses say the car flipped 7 times. Not rolled but flipped end over end! No one thought there would be any survivors.
Her hip was crushed, spine cracked, skull fracture and her friend paralyzed from the chest down!!
The car was inspected the day before and had a front left control arm and tierod end replaced!
According to the passengers the car began swerving side to side uncontrollably and the steering wasnt working.
She had alcohol in her system and received a DUI and the investigation closed! My mother was an alcoholic and would often have BAC over .2 and seem perfectly sober.
I still believe to this day the people who replaced the front left control arm and tierod end did something wrong and it failed!
They were both life flighted 40 miles to Pittsburgh..
Even the passenger said everything was fine then all of a sudden the car started to wobble and the steering didnt seem to work.
My mother never drove a car again. The accident was so severe she suffered PTSD and was terrified being in a car with anyone else but me.
😮 So sorry for her, and you having to go through this. Christ is our redeemer, tell her if she didn't do it he understands. Turn to God and receive deliverance. ❤

Drunk drivers always survive the craziest crashes
That seemed to be true even before ANY safety features like seatbelts! Another odd thing in those days is people survived crashes that destroyed the vehicle or vehicles and in others, people died when there was hardly any damage to a car. I am 77, so I remember seeing news reports often about these things. In the mid 1960s I was a hairdresser and I had a customer who had been in a wreck where the car she was in rear ended the car in front that forced her through the windshield. Then the car she was in was rear ended and she came back through the windshield. The glass in cars at this time were real just plain glass. In the process she was nearly scalped with only a section on the back her neck was still attached. She never lost consciousness! When they got her to the hospital, they were able to stretch her scalp all the was around. A small section of her scalp was missing, so they really had to stretch it to cover her head and reattach it. Before the wreck she had curly hair. After the wreck she had straight hair! Curly hair is caused by the hair follicle not being completely round. The more curved the follicle is, the curlier the hair. There are many other factors in the difference in curliness. It also emerges at an angle whereas very straight hair emerges at a right angle to the scalp. It has been established that curly hair is not racially based, but phenotype based. Stretching her scalp changed the shape of her hair follicles.
I would not suggest this as a way to get rid of curly hair. Chemical straighteners are better, but not as permanent.

They say it’s because they are so limp… I was in a pretty routine spin out crash where the car rolled… I was a passenger and was not wearing a seatbelt and ended up in the hatch compartment of the back of a Chevy citation… You should always go to the doctor after a crash.. A lot of times your Adrenalin is masking your hidden issues… Just your reflex response in your reaction is enough to twist something up… Always go!!
@@mlke4258 That is also what I have heard; that they are “relaxed.” Also right about going to the hospital or at a minimum an urgent care clinic, or your doctor after an accident. The adrenaline does mask pain until it wears off, but other pains could show up later. Like strained muscles.

@@carogibson7109 suicide is intentional, as is homicide. It wouldn't be either one here. It's going to be a DUI charge, and reckless endangerment and driving. If the driver takes a plea, it will probably get knocked down to just the DUI, unless she has priors.

One of the tires flew off the car which impacted the windshield of a car nearby. 3 occupants, 19, 19 & 20 were injured. The 20 year old is in critical condition at a children's hospital. Investigation claims the car was going 100mph & alcohol may have been involved.
