In the second book you should mention the tech behind maxing out lethality instead of ad after a few levels can lead to more damage. I've seen several masters+ players do it in replays and I still don't get how it works

thoughts on BT rush or IE into BT against heavy dive comps?
What do you think of IE -> LDR -> Shieldbow -> Bloodthirster? Most of the time I notice it’s not a lack of damage but survival time and I’ve noticed this path may give more damage considering the longer uptime

Are you sure about Yun-Tal as a second item option? Since it only procs on crits, its passive feels wasted. Wouldnt you rather go smth like Lord Dom 2nd as the 40% armor pen is ALWAYS useful, not like yun-tal. And 20 ad is not to much of a different +200g cheaper
I mean, you could argue the same thing about IE passive, and it still is the best item rush for aphelios
I feel like there is no 1st item option other than collector or IE
@@adanarmenta4234 Well but I.E gives a rather whopping 80AD, its amps crits 40% not 35% and usually enemies dont have to much armor at a 1st Item purchase. Technically the same goes for 2nd Item, but I just feel like LDR hits harder than yun-tal, although i didnt test it as of yet
ie ldr yuntal has been his best build since 14.10, LDR just does more damage at two items and yuntal is so much worse at two items as compared to 3 (more crit, more ad for burn, having armor pen to increase burn as well). its pretty comparable to building deathcap 3rd on mages as compared to 2nd item.

Hey Rose, i was building collector into IE, Ldr and profane Hydra. Sometimes skip IE and go directly into Hydra. What do you think about it ? Have you ever try it?
Aphelios just scale with crit and he's had enough lethality on ur passive so thats just dummy
Do you go w max 2nd to get some AS or you still go lethality?
I’m wondering too. With this build, I guess lethality if you’re doing well/vs squishies and want to focus on combos, and attack speed for longer fights/vs tanks.
But also, a little more attack speed than boots gives you feels good. Sometimes I mix a little, but usually I prioritise lethality if I can.

Conqueror-gathering storm absolute focus
Bloodth->runan->IE-dominik->Ga
The reason is: Aphelios is a scaling champ, with lifesteal early on u can’t be forced to back. When u have 3 item u have a good 5v5 skirmish potential and the combo bt runaan allows u to stack conqueror “safely” , once u have 12 stacks is almost gg every fight
Pretty sure BT 1st aphel has a worse power spike than the IE rush because of the crit, IMO it is better to build BT in the late game.
while comfortable early this build takes too much time to get online imo
@@mauro9389 yeah but this build is made for “scaling” , and with bt and runan u can power farm waves and jgl camps till ur 3rd item spike. Anyways if u feel that IE is a better rush I can say yes but bt allows u to make mistakes and help u to extend the fight till u reach 12 conq stacks

How do you think on the essence reaver rush. I think the ability haste on ult is quite useful on solo queue. Having ult or not impacting the teamfight a lot.

as aphelios otp i stopped playing him bcz he’s trash tier now he keeps getting nerf after nerf after nerf to the point he’s just unplayable and dont come show me a clip where he is 3 lvl above with 2 more items one shotting a support, playing kaisa is way better rn imo shes so strong again finally but phel is just garbage tier he gets outscaled, one shotted, cant even do dmg for shi, and after every nerf we find new build’s new runes to make him playable til the very last patch where they nerfed ie and collecter thats js way too far and it pisses me off how riot completely ignored this champ as if he doesn’t exist only time to see phel actually doing anything is w these crazy top 1% aphelios players and that’s not ok when the game have champs that the least skilled players can carry w.. #justiceforaphelios
Saying that Aphelios is trash ATM is legit the worst take i've seen this year, he benefits so much from crit rework and has a good building options, if u cant win even a bit, it's just skill diff

@@zaidwrld Ur coping hard, even with the nerfs, he's still very fine, legit even better than before in some cases
@@NokoriTWC for the past 3 seasons i climb with ONLY phel from bronze to emerald, this season felt IMPOSSIBLE i can js tell how weak he is, thank god riot noticed it finally and hes getting buffs next patch
