    This cranberry cream cheese bread is very unique with chia seeds all over the bread. It has been so viral in one of the cities in Indonesia. Poolish dough makes this bread has different texture than normal bread. It is fluffy and soft inside. You should try making this cranberry cream cheese bread, your family will love it!
    Poolish:
    100 gr bread flour
    100 gr lukewarm water
    1 gr instant yeast
    5 gr sugar
    1 gr salt
    Dough:
    300 gr bread flour
    40 gr sugar
    1 gr instant yeast
    1 egg
    100 gr milk
    25 gr butter
    2 gr salt
    15 gr chiaseeds
    50-60 gr dried cranberries
    Filling:
    200 gr cream cheese
    35 gr powdered sugar

      Sebaiknya jangan disimpan di kulkas, karena butuh suhu ruangan supaya bisa fermentasi dengan baik.

      ada di video pakai poolish yg fermentasi gandum
      masih ditambah ragi lagi
