Most of the other guns are from movies/games as well: The Bolt Gun is from Warhammer 40k and the Warlord is from Lord of War.
@@mabus4910 Is it a Lord of War reference or is it just a reference to the actual true story that Lord of War is based on? I've read somewhere that it's not all that unusual for African warlords to buy a gold-plated gun.

The Bolt Gun is a "Bolter" from Warhammer 40K
MIB Gun is from "Men In Black",
Hell Gun is Hellboy's gun "The Samaritan",
and the shotgun appears to be based off of Mad Max's sawed-off shotgun.
Having that last name and this knowledgeable about guns feels like the polar opposites...

The editors did fantastic on this one! And Matt put more effort into beating this game by glitching it than the devs put into it as a whole.
I'm sure your parents are thrilled to see that your Engineering degree is being put to good use.
I would say a standard pattern of these types of games is that the further in you get, the longer the grind takes to get to the next stage. This is more true when there are ways they can make money off you, such as by forcing/convincing you to watch adds, or spending real money to make the upgrades go faster.
It is in part based upon the sunken cost fallacy, where given how far in you already are, you may as well go a bit further to make it all worth it. If the grind was made apparent right at the start, you would probably just quit straight away.

I wonder if you were underestimating how much first shot power would affect your results, since its cost was lower than the other stats.
It only applies once, sure, but if upgrading it gets you a flying at a high speed right off the bat, it might save you some bullets that you can use more for keeping off the ground.
