Mediocrity and "watering down" of THIS POWERFUL GOSPEL of Jesus Christ (He Shed His Precious Blood for It) is the primary reason the "Church" is in its present lukewarm condition. I, too, receive criticism for still adhering to Truth. When the Word is PREACHED RIGHT, MIRACLES HAPPEN! SOULS are SET FREE and DELIVERED! Preachers leaving the pulpit, committing suicide, practicing sin and not being held accountable to anyone, is a direct result of their having LOST the VISION and they are PERISHING (GOING WILD!) along with the people that they lead. Bishop.. I need clarification. Is it true that a person who has asked Christ to be the lord of their life, still go to hell? I hear people say that Christians are in hell. This would lead to salvation being a joint effort between God and man... God forgives and we must 'do something' to keep it, but there is NOTHING we can do to earn salvation. We're dust. How can dust impress God? I'm leaning more to He who begun a good work in us, will complete it. I don't want to take scripture out of context or learn incorrectly. Please can you do a specific teaching on this? I've been praying for God to open a door so I can attend Beth Rapha. A answer in text or video link would be Great!! The answer is NO because Jesus's blood is hell proof go through the scriptures starting with Romans chapter 5,6,7,8 read it carefully and listen out for the Holy Spirit to confirm what you've read.
There will be many people who PROFESS they are Christians but won't make it into the kingdom because they don't obey God. The basis of salvation is confessing w/your mouth the LORD Jesus and believing in your HEART that God raised him from the dead, THEN you shall be saved. (Romans 10:9,10) So if Jesus is LORD then you bow to him, you do his will. If you believe in him then your belief is followed by actions that demonstrate your belief. DEMONS believe but what differentiates demons from TRUE Christians is obedience to God. Salvation is by grace through faith, but this fake grace message has convinced people that obedience is works. Obedience is not works, it's the means by which we are made mature. We cant disobey God and expect to dwell with him. We DO have human responsibility in our salvation walk though we did not and cannot save ourselves. 1 John 3:2-3 (KJV) Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him PURIFIETH HIMSELF, even as he is pure. 2 Timothy 2:21 (KJV) If a man therefore PURGE HIMSELF from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work. Romans 8:12-14 (KJV) Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. OBEDIENCE TO GOD IS OUR REASONABLE SERVICE. Don't believe the watered down gospel that says everything is done for you by grace.
