I'm starting with this...I know it's not advised, but I did the first 1 for a week, then the 2nd one for a few days after that, did the 3rd overnight last night, and I really, just want to get this done in one go. I can feel a headache, I can feel anger, insecurity, anxiety, stress, all of it leaving my body at once, and I can see my ability to comprehend skills and talents increasing. Until now, every time I begin to listen to a superior level something happens in my life that brings changes, things that are never pleasant. But I know this work has to be done. I think almost everything will work on headphones, but there's some stuff which has to touch the body for it to work. that's when you'll need speakers.

I don't recommend it. Each level is very strong if you've never done the one before it.
Even Level 1 years ago brought up some things to deal with for me. And I had done several heavy LSD trips before even getting into these frequencies

I had this question too, because I had used 1-4 a couple years back, and I actually think that if those previous levels had taken effect and left lasting positive change, the most that I think you might want to do is a quick refresher if at all, and then you can move onto the newer ones?

That's how I feel which is why I staryed right away on level 6 my experience was very interesting but also healing

Supposedly because awakening all at once is difficult for most people, difficult things start to unfold in your life so your consciousness can reach a New level. So it's better to do it bit by bit. But personally I only listened to the others a couple of times and I have been listening to this level 6 for almost a month and I have been able to handle it. I think it depends on the person
