This is one of the strongest builds I've played. Been improving this build since yesterday. The best stats I have managed to get is 70% PDR and 72% MDR with around 280 MS. Might show that build off sometime soon as well. Also, I now dual stream to twitch if you want to follow me there link is in the description
Having high pdr and mdr is good but will love see a 85% pdr barb even if hv 40/50% mdr
But on current meta magic is strong ik
Maybe this build slower works more on duo trio. On solo vs agile mage/archer with true build you will suffer. Having some partner mage will be op combo

By far my favorite thing about this build is that it is a very legitimate use for the Berserker perk! Very Cool!
It's more because it's early days. Even with 70% PDR there are damage kits on warlock that can hit for 170 per hit, which is roughly a third of his HP in a hit without pen once you take PDR into account. These kits don't get a lot better due to the caps, so as better gear is found and enters the market there will be more viable counters. He will still be walking around like a Lemon Russ battle tank for a while though.
Do you go into depth with this build or is this more of a video showcase? I take it stacking vig/PDR/mdr is the core of the build but would of been nice to see you briefly go through it..either way keep up the dope work and making vids!

Cleric Divine Prot 80% PDR build? I was running that last season (I play solo melee cleric) and yeah it was nutty. Absolute barbarian killer.@@Firebox720 Agility + magic power cleric is also kinda nutty

Honestly with how high magic pen and armour pen rolls are rn, im pretty cool with this. Time for penetration to shine

Watching this live yesterday it did feel like you had a cheat code. Tried out a very budget non-optimized version and killed 6 players in 2 extracts, never felt close to death, and I'm bad at the game. Do you think this gets nerfed?
Trying to guess at what Ironmace is going to do is very difficult. It's possible that they reduce the random modifiers back towards what they were before if they feel the current values are too much for certain stats like PDR.
PDR is definitely getting nerfed. Slayer fighter is also busted as hell right now with 50/60% PDR

Theres a normal game mode where people can't bring in high end gear, so yes you can learn it. I would advise teaming up with a more experienced player to learn the ropes.

4:35 i mean the bard fight you kinda played it poorly I think if you popped rage while you were so close to him instead of trying to hit him with the torch it wouldve been an easy kill, but even after that if you hit your swings more it wouldve also been easy.
Why do people play like that against barbs???
The barbs:
bard is not your counter you just missed like 7 swings
Missed because club and movespeed is slow while bard and rapier is fast. Yes it does counter this build
And this my friend is why dark and darker will never be a solo game. Balanced that is. Never
Actually pretty balanced. Killed a few barbs using my build already on cleric
Was never planned to be solo. It's impossible to balance the game for 2 completely different modes
