I love to see how far the channel has come bc i used to watch you back in 2016 and the fact that the only thing that has changed has been budget and not personality is amazing very few people are able to grow this big without change and i applaud that kev keep up the hustle
That Corally truck did quite well considering. There are some hits/landings/crashes where no matter what you are driving, something is going to break. Fun vid once again Kev.

Heres the deal with trails (bmx dirt jumps). 4 of my best buddies and i built some awesome jumps by my house. Spent every other weekend for 5 years building them up to what they are now which are...simply marvelous. We built lines for anyone from a total beginner, to a professional rider. I couldn't care less about people ripping r/c cars on our trails. I encourage it because its awesome to watch. Its when people DISRESPECT the property and throw trash everywhere, take dumps, dont clean up their dogs dumps, and worst of all they and or their kids run all over the jumps the 5 of us spent time away from our families building so your older kids have something to do in this tiny town. Kids, i have more patience than Gandhi. Im always super nice and show them how hard it is to fix the damage. Ive never had to tell a single kid twice. Dont walk on bicycle jumps. They take forever to build and its more work than you can possibly imagine maintaining them. Honestly if its a grown man trampling our trails i get mad. Really mad. Theres 5 signs which simply say "please dont walk on the jumps. Please pick up your trash." Ill STILL come to ride and some 45 year old waste of skin is running up and down one of the 14 man hour take offs or "lip" like its a stair set with a sign 12 feet away asking him not to. Oh this actually happened a month ago. Im a jerk so i dont care i walked right up, grabbed him by the hood of his sweatshirt, drug his stupid carcass up to the sign and told him to read it out loud so theres no excuse next time. Guess what? A little homey called me and said some jackass was blocking A-Line (the largest jumps we built and all our pride and joy) and was cussing at the kids who asked him to move. Saying shut the f up and that. I hauled so much butt getting down there. The second i crested the hill and yelled at the guy his eyes got all big and he started jogging away like la la la la. Nope. Not today cochise. I headed him off and just stopped him, im not gonna just hit the guy. But i sure will insult him until he tries to hit me. Thats what happened. He actually had a decent left cross. Not nearly enough though. I didn't injure him but he needed a ride home and definitely wont be coming back to our trails. Thats for sure. Now all the cops in town drive by and kick people out who aren't riding. Its a respect thing ya know? I dont pee in public pools, dont damage public jumps. Not at ALL too much to ask.

Good video. I liked the sketer it’s my first team corraly rc. Bought it with broken servo and front steering group. Replaced servo and upgraded to aluminum front steering group. I put 15t pinion gear on it. Bashed it many times even in the rain. It’s quick too on 4s. Nothing broke. backflips all day. The idea of 1/8 parts under 1/10 body is great imo. I’m happy with it so far. Parts did takes weeks to come in tho.

My Skeeter broke the first time out at the BMX track. I threw it in the fire pit and then we ate it. The plastics are far too brittle. The only good thing about it is the esc, motor, and chassis.

How about landing some big jumps first so we can see how it flies, flips, lands, and holds up when driven with skill? I know you can. How’s the handling? Can’t tell from this video. After showing its capability then you can bounce it off trees and concrete for those that think that’s entertaining. Any RC can be sent into the air with no thought of landing and break apart. I knew that already. I’m more interested in knowing if the Sketer can pull doubles, triples, etc. with an 18t pinion on 4s and if it overheats.
I think he wants to make the car break to fit his narrative for humor/ views.

When the wheels won't come of, just heat up the center with a hair dryer. 👍 M2C Stand offs work and hopefully RPM makes some arms 🙏

I'm so glad I got a Kraton 6s instead of anything Corally.
I've yet to see a single Corally replacement part at any of our local shops
I have 2 corally trucks. The Kronos v1 and the punisher v2. Had the kraton 6s v5. Broke part ls left and right. Kronos v1 was iffy being the first release. Arms were glass. But the punisher I never had any issues.
Buy my parts from ebay so not an issue lol

my 1st gen granite ive had almost 10 years it has yet to break anything on 3 s castle or velineon 3500 love it,my senton 4x4 also still unbroken

Would it be possible to do a comparison against spares and replacements in terms of “best Rc basher”, sometimes it’s more important to survive a crash at a reasonable cost than worry about a strong enough car to never crash… trees have a habit of appearing hehe
There's no way somebody put those wheels on without knowing it would be a problem.
Sure there is. They were over tightened and it squeezed the plastic. Accidents happen as they are put to together by low paid workers who know nothing about RC.

That thing seems like a real hassle to work on, which is a big turn off for me. Hobby grade RCs break, but the best ones are easy to repair. This is probably my biggest problem with this truck. It seems like the Traxxas and Arrma trucks are more user friendly in terms of repairs.
You know those things don’t seem too tough… I’d have to have one myself to be sure, but from what you’ve shown us we would all be better off buying in of those DHK pirate monster trucks you ran over a couple years back 😂
I own 4 corally trucks, never broken anything on them, i must be a more sensible driver.. I also owned a pirat truck once, they are crap ;)

Because you love the rival mt10, could you try to get the new team associated rival mt8. They also seem to be fairly durable and fast.
Thats exactly what I go through getting xmaxx wheel off every damn time lol. I guess the fix is 1/5 scale wheels..

The Skeeter is a decent truck. To be fare every time it broke it hit something at high speeds. Over all it's not a terrible RC it's not best either 🤷 lol

I'm racing the team corally python and right from the start when I hitted the jump incorrectly at the track the plastick steering arm broke and the plastick cover for the hinge pins did too. Next year I'm going to buy a better rc. Wish me luck. Cheers Kev.
Define 'hitting the jump incorrectly" because that could mean anything.
Go with the team associated they are almost indestructible just stock up on suspension arms they are the only thing that breaks but I've got mine geared so fast isk how it doesn't break more
The best racing RCs are Losi IMO Team Associated make some good racing RCs as well but I prefer Losi. ✌️

Get the MT10, you won't be disappointed. I launched mine off of a 3 story building onto some hard-packed dirt. It hit on the front arms tumbled and then kept ongoing. It's by far the toughest RC. Put some RPM arms which are flexible absorbing impacts and it will never die.

That skate park under the bridge looks dangerous for actual skaters. Im curious how it come about, did someone just turn up with concrete and make it on someones land or do they own it under the road. Wonder if I can get away with making some mounds for jumps on the land behind my house in the woods or will i get in trouble.

Yeah I'm not sold on the Corally brand, my local hobby shop has them but they tell people parts are not as plentiful as other brands. They don't really push Corally but they do have some....I'll stick with Traxxas or Arrma....
Kev, where is you go for the woods and sand driving?
