Zibusiso “Zozo” Sihwa is a passionate, up and coming young Distiller and Entrepreneurial visionary who hails from Magwegwe North, Bulawayo in Zimbabwe. Driven by a blend of township social experience, indigenous cuisine and academic pursuits in Chemical Engineering at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Zozo has set himself to be an outstanding Gin Maker. Inspired by the science of brewing Amasese (Sorghum Beer), he offers a unique distillation style that captures the richness and quality of local ingredients that he uses in producing his distinct Gin blend.

About Magriza Made Me Cook: The channel seeks to document and serve Africa's diverse food culture, one dish at a time as well as air other cultural and traditional stories that have never been documented. Magriza is slang for uGogo (Grandmother in isiNdebele) and the name of the show is derived from Prince's inspiration for falling in love with cooking; his grandmother.
