See, I want you to listen and follow me here... - Yes, your pups are exceptionally trained. HOWEVER, let's say another dog, off leash, attacked one or both of them. They, in turn, defend themselves and csuse damage to the other dog. Guess eho gets PUT DOWN? Your dog! Know why? Even though both were off leash, whomever caused the injury are going to be liable due to "custody and control". So, leash laws aren't for you to show off how well trained your dogs are, it's to save their/your asses. I'm not trying to be a d**k. Just telling you how the law REALLY sees it.
