Tiny Town Season 2: Island Edition! You could keep the core concept, but set it up in Sulani and give them different, island related careers. If you had someone with cooking, maybe they can only cook Sulani dishes. You could have someone else that makes money just through fishing. Just a couple ideas 😊

Oooh the cooking one limited to Sulani dishes but for hard mode the lot challenge that makes them have to have all the ingredients in their inventory (fully cannot remember what it’s called lol)

I think it would be really cute if season 2 of tiny town had two sims per tiny house, like one home is a couple, one is a single dad, one is a single mom, one is a old couple. That way the town could be really full as well. You could rotate skills as well.
Deli, please don’t forget that Ziggy got a really good camera for Winterfest and you kept it in the clubhouse. That will allow Alice to take better quality pictures 💕!!!

Golden Pulse effect lasts forever...it's not temporary. Once the plant is perfect, that's it, it doesn't stop being perfect. Your Sim won't have the ability forever, but anything they pulsed stays the higher quality.

Maybe for a Season 2, you add some random requirements when they hit some kind of milestone(like an amount of money earned or a required thing that makes the house run- toilet, bed, fridge, etc). When they hit those milestones, they need to go do something outside the town: karaoke night, skiing, Sulani vacay. That way it isn’t necessarily all about the selling grind.
Or maybe they could each have a secondary challenge. Get pet, have a kid, become an occult of some kind.
One thing about Animal Crossing is sometimes the neighbors move out. Maybe if a roommate gets upset or their relationship goes down with the active Sim, you have to move them out and start over with a different Sim. You could expand to different colors and hobbies. Brown, grey, black. And try juice making, guitar busking to selling songs for royalties, or writing novels.
Poor Bowser, I hope his surgery goes well and that he feels better quickly!

I really love the idea of you doing an Occult tiny town as well! It would be cool to see you mix all the packs and theme their builds!
Another few ideas/themes:
• Astrology themed. You have Sims based after planets. (Sun=yellow/sunny disposition/celebrity career since they're a star lol).
•Zodiac theme. Sims can have personalities that reflect their star signs!
•Blast From The Past! theme. You can have each roomate a character from Sims 1-3 that wasn't implemented into Sims 4 (Bob & Betty Newbie, the Curiouse brothers etc).

I love this series!!! The Crystal Creations pack is my favorite so far because irl I rockhound, collect crystals, and make wrapped jewelry. I love crystals and any decor that looks like it belongs in an alchemist workshop.

I actually bought crystal creations ands a few other new kits and high school years for my granddaughter to play at. I’m a 61 year old who has loved Ed playing Sims sincere Sims’s 2!
I downloaded your tiny town lot and I’m missing some items a bit it its because I don’t have some of the packs installed. I haven’t tried the challenge yet but I’m going to soon.

I started playing when my kids were teenagers and into WOW over 20 years ago, it was a way for me to be in the same room as them to monitor their online activity, they thought it was hilarious when my games got chaotic, now I am playing with my grandkids too. I love this and so looking forward to playing it with them.
I like that idea of a Season 2 - half built lots...great idea...like a run-down town - apocalypse Tiny Town. lol I actually finished the first Tiny Town, and am doing a second one. Sims I ma using are musician, nectar maker, fisherman, archaeologist (yes, he had to go to Selvadorada on vacation - that is what he had to save for first), computer programmer (hacking), horse championship rider and wellness (yoga) instructor. Maybe the challenge would be to have 7 bad lot traits, and as each sim completes their house, one random lot trait can be removed. Opal's house turned out really gorgeous. I don't have the Moshino pack, but I did use the In A Flash Photo Studio, and she sold her photos on the selling table (you have to drag them from inventory).
Absolutely support a part 2 of tiny town! This has been my favorite series! And I’m loving watching Gluons occult tiny town and everyone else who’s posting videos of your challenge! Tiny homes are my favorite to build and play.

Idea for items you don't want stolen (jewelry for other sims) make a room 3×2 for example make all walls floor to ceiling windows and a door that stays locked for EVERYONE and keep the gifts/jewelry in said room that nobody can access EXCEPT when needed but theyre still on display to be admired but not allowed to be taken :)
I’ve done this but without doors. It still may not keep vampires out, though.

I started with the handyman sim just yesterday and after a few hours, his house is already almost finished! I got all the furniture in and just have to do the outside and decorations in just a few hours of gameplay. It is definitely going the smoothest for me so far! I also have a problem of the houses magically growing bigger every time i start building for a new tiny towner 😂
He took me so long because of his aspiration lol I HATE playing for relationships so the dating thing took me forever 😂

@@deligracy i put the artist lot trait thing on to help with the woodworking and after just a few sales of horse statues he could already make furniture. Then i went from mirrors and wall hanging features (the little heart things) to dinner tables and the ultimate money maker, bathtubs. You gain over 1k simoleons with each bathtub you sell. His furniture also seems to be a lot cheaper than the others, most of my furnishings are worth 20k while his are only 7k atm

Plumbite is awesome. It actually fills your needs up. And keeps them full while it’s charged
The golden pulsed plants stay perfect. Any plants you harvest and then plant from them starts out perfect as well.

I love the idea of a town hall and a place to show off the resident's collectibles! I don't think I've ever created a specific space in my sims game to display all the fun collectibles. Having it built into Tiny Town would be super fun. I am thrilled that you are considering a season 2!! Sending all the love and well wishes to Bowser. My English mastiff Jango had the same surgery a couple of years ago. The recovery was a bit rough just because he is so big and needed some assistance for the first couple of weeks, but I learned through the process that the surgery has a high success rate and Jango did really well! Hoping the same for sweet Bowser
Yay for Jango! Yes it is hard with a heavy dog, but I’m amazed bowser is already able to move quite well, just rearranging himself or going to wee. Dogs are amazing with recovery

I don’t have a computer that can handle Sims at the moment. So I’ve been enjoying watching you explore new ideas and challenges. I’ve been taking notes for my own Tiny Town someday, so I’ll share some possible ideas with you:
-runaway teens
-every Sim must care for at least 1 animal/creature
-every Sim must be at least a level 3 celebrity
-every Sim must create one small community space (gym, music room, movie theater, cafe, etc…)
-play each Sim for exactly 1 whole Sim year, and then switch to next Tiny Towner

This is the first Sims series that I've watched of your's (been a fan of James for a little while), and I'm loving it!
Opal's house if definitely my favorite. And the meditation room is so nice. I'd love to live there.
A Season 2 would be amazing! There's so many storylines you can do with Tiny Town: Occult, Pride Village, MySims characters, Not So Berry, Every Sim is a different Pack, etc.
I love a sulani island tiny town idea and also what about a retirement tiny town for your fave townies except they’re seniors now! And it could be cool for them to also want to rescue stray animals ❤
I always get so excited when I see you have uploaded a new episode of Tiny Town! 😍 I love a good challenge, and what I really love about Tiny Town is that I get to play with features I normally don't use and I practice my building skills! 🥳 It is also a relief that I don't have to spend hours on CAS because the townies are already made! ☺ I started this challenge 2 weeks ago and I got Frank as my first townie, and I'm so proud of my build! 🥹 Next up I got Alice and I built her a New York style home with her own studio attached! ❤I can't wait to see who I get next and I'm so excited for the possibilities of a season 2! 🥰

When JamesTurnerYT played the photographer career with one of his sims, he had her go to San Myshuno and recruit models and take pictures of them out and about the city. You can also take pictures of nature and sell them until you get enough money to buy a tripod and background--it's going to take a while. Can you see if you can do family portraits for money? Or try getting an assignment from a magazine.

Not sure if it would have the same vibe as Tiny Town but it would give you more scope to do more with the characters once they are finished: you could use a blank neighbourhood like Newcrest and have each Sim live on a different lot and build up their houses like you've done here. It would mean each sim could have a spin off where they get pets, or get married, have kids, etc. because you wouldn't have to deal with For Rent or the room mate system. Some of the sims could make money from retail buildings or vet clinics too because you'd have the space. You could use Get To Work and Get Famous for some active careers too and have a town that has a vet, a police officer, a doctor and a scientist. It would be easier to have space for a Town Hall and Museum too. Maybe it could be called Larger Town 😆
I've been catching up on this challenge, I created my own characters to play with different skills! This is really inspiring and so much fun to watch!! For season 2, you could do home + "business" where each character must also fund and build a community building; pool, café, lounge, gym, library, vet, so you build all the homes in 1 lot like normal, and on other lots, you build the different community spaces. I think Newcrest would be perfect! I'm thinking of doing it like that 👀 I wanted to do pet training as a skill for a character, but you can't make money as a pet trainer, and I was bummed but I could do a veterinarian instead 🥰 I hope your doggy is feeling better by now, since I'm watching 2 weeks late!

Hope Bowser’s surgery goes smoothly and well❤️ I’m obsessed with this LP/challenge. And happen to play with this challenge as well. And I added a tiny townies who happen to be a beekeeper and I’m obsessed with her as well.
Do you remember James had the 1x1 then 2x2 then 3x3 house? It makes me feel like everyone in season 2 could start off with a shipping container each and then furnish it into a mini shop on a retail lot? I also like the idea of everyone having kids and them having to take up one parent's mantle and do it all again- you could refurnish the community centre as a kids centre (and maybe Ziggy+ Beatrice have a few kids who can apprentice sims who dont want kids- I see Opal prefering their peace) and the kids have to reach certain milestones before they can take on their trade.
I love how deli said she doesn’t condone violence in her game and the very first video I watched of hers was a when she threw a dinner party to I’ll everyone with bad puffer fish nigiri 🤣

I don't think this is Opal's aesthetic, but you could fit a selling table into the bus that came with Werewolves (the one that the bar is in)
A season 2 would be really cool. Maybe a Tiny Town Hall of Fame edition and do the creative fame generating careers? You have music, singing, comedy, acting, painting and photography, DJ?, writing, media production, streaming, and rocket science. Could have reputation side quests or required fame quirks for a challenge/ storytelling. Plus a whole new combination of decor styles and colors. 🙂 some repeats like pink though wouldn’t be hated 🤣 some ideas but the whole challenge has been so fun to do. I’ve really enjoyed this.

Each Sim will have a dedicated wing of the museum to show off the journey to their success and a shared space to host charity events, popularity contests, concerts, or just hang out with the neighbors!
In case anyone wants to try it. I started doing this because I very sadly completed Tiny Town (it was so much fun that I was desperate for something similar). I wanted to make bigger houses this time around so I only did four sims. Have fun!

Having high charisma and a high skill level in the craft you are making are the key to easily selling at 300%. I’m doing a rags to riches and my sim just maxed out charisma and he can sell anything at 300% markup. They definitely changed that with Home Chef Hustle.

Idk, I might be the only one, but I don't feel Ziggy and Beatrice together at all. They don't really seem that happy together, or that interested in each other...I always felt like Beatrice "fell for" Ziggy, only because he saved her from Death...

For season 2 you could add a legacy aspect. Same as this one but then you have to have a child and have them max out a randomized adult skill before moving on.
P.S.: Yay for crystals! Rose Quartz - great for self love and healing the heart chakra. Citrine - great for speaking in your power and healing the solar plexus 🥰

For season 2 maybe make your own apartment tower with tiny cute apartments and work your way up through the floors with the sims. There could be a basement with shared laundry and car park etc.
I love the idea of a Season 2. I just am having so much fun with Tiny Town and notice a lot of other simmers are too. It is so fun to see how other simimers play out their characters. I tried the roommates like you have been playing it just was not working well. But for me I have them in their own homes with the community center and they just hang out and have fun like one big family. I have also been taking selfies and photos of my sims together to place in the community center and in their homes. I have the vault and try to make sure the monies are equally distributed. I am trying out Sim Realist banking to see how this works with their funds going into the bank. Then do a withdraw to pay bills. IDK how that will work gonna try it out. Hello, just a little reminder for people that would like to buy a citrine for its benefit or energy. Pretty often it is not citrine that you found on the market but amethyst that have been heated. It is less expensive and more common. It is not the only stone that is sell with wrong information. Now you know, be careful and buy from a professional place 😊❤

You wouldn’t need curtains for stained glass in real life either as the stained glass itself is usually opaque enough to prevent people from viewing through the glass

I would LOVE a second season of tiny town! That would be amazing. You could add more constraints to the challenge like having to complete an aspiration and have a relationship etc. Or once you finish everyone you have to start back with sim 1 and have them have a baby to be an heir to continue tiny town. Also love the idea you mentioned about having a building with a town hall or museum a la ACNH
Add some crystals to the meditation room! A lot of people use different crystals to improve the benefits of meditation and I just think it would look cute lol

I got the idea that in the second season there could be one character with only "dodgy" ways of earning money such as stealing (kleptomianiac trait), asking for a loan (and never repaying it), hacking servers or blackmailing other sims.

love the new crystals you got 🧚❤️ have to say though that it isn't citrine, but "baked" amethyst. citrine isn't so orangey or bright and is quite rare. they just get amethyst and apply huge temperature which makes purple turn into orange/yellow permanently
It might be interesting to do a tiny town in one of the massive apartments in San Myshuno, and divide it into different "studio" apartments or something small like that, and they all do city-related careers like influencer, programmer, writer, activist, etc!
