I'd like to see more details on how you did the top edge of that lean-to roof. I see a big drip edge over top of the metal roof, but would like to see more details.
Great video, what was the final cost? I told my wife $1500 as well, we're up to $4,000 now and boy is she pissed! My coop is 4x10 gabled roof with architectural shingles and a 26' run with a storage area above it, so it is a little bigger coop but I think the cost isn't as important as to having happy chickens!

That chicken coop is the same size as the house I can afford.
It was great that you recruited your "helper", but you really needed to show him how important that safety eyewear is by using safety glasses. Sorry, just the OSHA in me coming out. Coop looks great!

Your coop shape is similar to mine, thats why I clicked on the video, but m building mine out of steel reinforced block and concrete lol...I'm way over budget.
