It's hard for me in my area to find these Wrappers, the Spring Roll Wrappers are very different than the Egg Roll Wrappers, the Egg Roll Wrappers get puffy and bumpy when deep fried, the Spring Rolls come out very smooth, I'm ok with either wrapper, it's the filling and the Dipping Sauce that makes them awesome.
This is a great recipe, very well delivered, who doesn’t like spring rolls ? I can’t wait to make them for my family.

Thanks for teaching us how to make this because after the pandemic, the Chinese store rolls are very skinny and only put 1 shrimp in the rolls rolls.
