I love when Lee does his defense attorney bit.
It usually mean he's trying to get the other team to not believe in the truth because the amount of detail given is way too much that they know its true. Same thing happened with Bob Mortimer lol.
I think Brian Blessed is like Bob Mortimer in that there are truths and there are truths...

I do believe this is the best summary of how I feel about Brian Blessed's stories.
If it was anyone other than Brian Blessed or Bob Mortimer, I'd have said it was a lie. Brian is an amazing person who has done such fantastic things, I'd believe ANYTHING he said! He's absolutely marvelous!

The thing with Brian Blessed is I still have no idea if the crazy stories he insists are true in fact are or he just spent several decades trolling everyone!
I suspect he's spent several decades passing his stories to himself by word of mouth.

It's actually Orangutan in English, a lot of people just mispronounce it with an "ng" at the end

It's perfectly natural for foreign words to be adapted to the phonology of the language adopting them.
The Orangutans of Borneo themselves pronounce it with a "g" at the end. The ones in Sumatra, however, prefer to end their name with an "n".
I wish Lee Mack didn't always feel like he has to interrupt and take the attention away from far more interesting and funny guests.
