HB Toys ZP1001 Steering & Suspension Mod!

Modding the Steering & Suspension of the HB Toys ZP1001. The stock steering angle was not very much so with this mod it increases. Also softening up the shocks!

Always good to get some ‘no cost’ upgrades/mods. I worked out the steering, I hadn’t thought to cut the springs though...the stock ones are way to big! I may just go with some cheap oil ones. Cheers for sharing 👍🏻

Clever steering mod, enjoyed the explanation and techniques. I have an old hg p403, which really struggles with its steering, but its more down to the flex on the plastic frame, but I'll be giving it another look now to see if it can be improved. Cheers 🍺

Very good job for steering wheels , this has good improved. Good idea to cut the springs, it gives more flexibility , after I wonder if the spring will stay in place .
