Music icon Stevie Wonder acquires Ghana Citizenship, plans to set initiatives to curb unemployment.

American singer-songwriter and musician Stevie Wonder arrived in Ghana on May 13, 2024, and was given a warm welcome at the arrival terminal of the Kotoka International Airport (KIA).
Stevie Wonder's visit comes after he announced, in 2021, his intention to move to Ghana permanently.
The American singer-songwriter officially became a Ghanaian citizen after taking the Oath of Allegiance and receiving his Certificate of Citizenship at a ceremony held on Monday, May 13, at the Jubilee House, the seat of government.
