I personally don't care even for Superior Spider-Man but I am going to try to get me Spider Shot along with this very cool Astonishing X-MEN Wolverine figure because it's my 3rd favorite Wolverine suit but Overall, Great review on these figures ToyShiz.
Love to see how Superior Spider-Man slowly crawling his way into top 5 most popular Spider-Man person's, Otto's been better Spider-Man than whole slott's run.
Hey man, I’ve been debating whether or not to get this or find my old Superior Spiderman Legend. Is this worth the $30 price point, and does the old Peter Parker head from the first wave of vintage Spiderman fit on this figure? Thank you
14:07 Maybe this pose will last longer if the waldoes are set up like how Hasbro had them in their promo image. They crossed the arms and used the top ones to support the back and the bottom arms to support the front. Dan said the pose was able to stay up for at least five minutes.
@@ToyShiz They timed it. "If he can not make this pose, do not shoot this pose. And I specifically told them, time it, at least for five minutes that he could stay on there." Wasn't meant as criticism. Just relaying what was advertised and how they posed him.
I'm not really a big fan of the gumminess of the newer Marvel Legends. I got the new V2:LTBC Carnage yesterday and so far I really like him but the softness of the plastic kinda sucks. If he gets too hot he just collapses
You know whats crazy. If they just spent another few cents painting the little squares on his boots and gauntlets white and then another few cents yellow. They'd be able to match the color alot closer
It's an ok figure I only say ok cause the costume isn't doing to for me. Not gonna lie took me a few mins to get him into a pose I liked might be because the lake of a boot swivel
Don't care about this superior spiderman, why are company still using waist swivel and ab crunch combo in 2024 is beyond me. Wolverine looks decent though.
I think it's because of the waldos. Diaphragm joints have a tendency to be looser than ab crunches, and the waldos connect to his upper torso, so if you had him standing on the waldos with his feet off the ground, a diaphragm joint might not have been able to support the weight of his lower body to hold a pose. At least a diaphragm joint made by Hasbro anyway. I don't personally agree with the decision. I would have preferred the diaphragm joint and just dealt with whatever drawbacks it had. But I do think this figure is still leagues beyond their last Superior Spider-Man and what they were doing a couple years ago in general. The sculpt, paint, and finish are much better. The proportions are better. The joints are less ugly. The head and hand sculpts are really expressive. There's enough here that I can appreciate it for what it is.
He has NO B-O-O-T articulation! WTF!!! How do you overlook this! It's really annoying!!! Far as I can tell this is the first time in recent memory Hasbro didn't add this non-cost expense average feature. You talk about "reflective sheens" on eyes and paint defects on other figs in this review and overlook that?
@@ToyShizHis boots do not swivel and they seem to apparently be separate pieces. I have the figure, and it's an unfortunate gripe. That being said, I think this is using the movie Logan claws, which, to date, I think are the best, maybe next to X-Men 97.
Because it's a step backward from every other Wolverine figure, relatively speaking in costume. Why step backward not to mention bang for your buck?@SpicyPsyDuck
This Wolverine has downgraded in his arms and legs. WAY less detailed then older bucks. Doesn’t look as good. Only real saving thing is the waist swivvel. They keep going back with his newer bucks

I wonder how many Wolverine and Spiderman figures have been released by Marvel Legends?
I dunno, 3?
@@davidpyott3710 6. Definitely 6.
They finally showed up at my Target…1 a piece…the hell is going on with distribution
Thank you for the bar codes, makes asking so much easier, great vid!
Batman forever at gamestop got pushed back until september 😢

Didn’t Slott write that run too? That and spider verse are his best works

Both Of These Are Great To Have

Like you’re supposed to time it? They don’t really work like that, they’re flimsy. You saw it in this vid.

Awesome 👏 Wolverine & Deadpool
Solid review. I just picked up my Superior Spidey today!
Cant wait for my spidey!
I lovee my superior spidey. Its soo good and fun to pose
WOW...!❤❤❤❤
Which Spider-Man is that on the part where you imitate Wolverine?
Superior Spider-Man rules so damn hard!

@@LochNessHamster Agree. The last was just bad lol. The new Legends compared to just a few years ago are so great, and are getting better.
I'm pretty much over the marvel legends now

That doesn’t really bother me too much. I guess if you think about it, humans can’t actually do that with there legs. So I can role with it
Why do you need boot swivel when you have thigh swivel already?
