About American Dad:

This show is an UNDERRATED MASTERPIECE. And i love it.
Totally agree. Hate Family Guy now, went off The Simpsons years ago and apart from American Dad, the only other adult cartoon I can still tolerate is South Park.
It's been on since 04. I would hardly call it underrated.

@@arrownoir well, that's a good start. Now work on arms chest and legs, and trust me it's easy to switch like that. Not as fast lol but still easy.
Richard Harper I tried to do a 50 minute session by doing pull-ups, hanging sit ups and push ups without stopping, two years ago. It’s not something that I’ll ever do again. I felt extremely lightheaded afterwards and slept through the rest of the day.
