It's not just them, you'd be shocked how persave this is in many workplaces once you're black. You're not expected to be smart or successful, if you are both, then co-workers find ways to make up things about you to get you suspended or out of work. What's shocking is how workplaces encourage this by doing the barest minimum.
Many people have no idea just what blacks suffer everyday simply for being with a different skin colour.
The experience stays with you for life! The anxiety remains.

Firstly his counsel; seems somewhat inadequate. They cannot get the information they need from the MET after six years and they are only suing for £1m when this should be unlimited compensation. Secondly, this is not new, this has been the policy in practice behind the veil in Britain since Brown skinned people first arrived. This is the reason there are very few middle to upper middle class Black families in the UK, they are all intentionally kept as working class and the lowest end of working class. This gentleman slipped through the net and is now being persecuted because of that. As far as the establishment is concerned, he is not a sports personality or an entertainer, so he has no business being a successful manager which makes him squarely middle class. This is how anti-Black racism in Britain is administered and has been for a very long time.

    • @bizmack2895

Unfortunately it's not uncommon. The bias of the police is evident to anyone that's from a marginalised community. I really hope this guy wins in court

I would love to know the outcome of his claim against the Met.
I hope he wins his case!
And the CPS took up this case - criminal proceedings? That is absolutely shocking!😂

Apparently they laughed at his £1 mil claim and pretty much said good luck getting that. I don’t think it will be awarded in all honestly…shameful.

@@sheeats4019 I know but they may settle out of court so he will still get a large sum where as if asked for less the sum would be less.

Funny, like an apology will acquit a criminal from crime but the police think their apology is enough for the damage they have caused him. Smh.

This young ambitious hard working man worked hard for what he has and spend wisely. Can imagine how many nights he go to bed eating next to nothing to achieve what he has.He is so blessed, stay blessed. The only thing he is up to, is to live happy and make others happy.
