      MS means Mass Spectrometer. It will take a sample and help you figure out what it's made of chemically. Yes, I'm dumbing this down quite a bit, but that's the essence of it.

    This came up as an advert for me as well and it missed the mark. I will say the ad was interesting and well put together that I sat and watched the whole thing. If I am ever in the market for a MS machine for my home I will definitely think of you guys first.

    The jargon in this ad struck me as what it would be like for the Pilgrims to be shown ads for any of today's technology.
    I also wonder if the announcer has even the slightest understanding of what he's saying.

    I got an advert Agilent 6495C triple quadrupole LC/MS. The CZcams algorithm has never missed the mark this badly before. I'm not even sure what this machine does. I thought this information might be interesting to the marketing department 😬.

    Interesting. Though I'm sure many of you are wondering the same thing I am. Does the thera-magnetic destabilization matrix, as pertaining to the triolic bubble generator, replace the revolving rubidium actuator? Because let's be honest folks, when it comes to berylium quantum shift analysis, the field variance in the front antigravity propeller bracket hinges upon that calibration. The last thing I need in my life is a temporal anomaly in the molecular neogenic emergency propulsion dilithium delta-wave portal assembly. Amirite?

    Does it handle side fumbling?

    • @Marc_Miller
      @Marc_Miller Před 3 lety +1

      Yes. The second mass filter would handle any of that as needed.

    • @patrick4520
      @patrick4520 Před 2 lety +1

      Sorry to be pedantic, but side fumbling is to be prevented, not 'handled'. (Once generated, it will always interfere with the sinusoidal stator.) Since Agilent conspicuously avoided mentioning it, you can be sure the 6495C does not prevent side fumbling, and long term girdle-spring performance will suffer as a consequence.

    If you took instrumental analysis or forensic mass spec you should be able to understand about 50%. If you have actually done anything besides push start on a worklist for a few years, you should definitely be able to understand the rest. If its not your life, and you dont understand this crap, who cares?! Coupled to a 1260 quat pump this thing pushes $800K. If youre not in the market for one, keep moving and stick to TikToks of boobies.
