    I enjoy the heart-healthy monounsaturated fats in avocado oil. Monounsaturated fats are well-researched and encouraged to be part of a healthy diet.
    Avocado oil also contains the antioxidant lutein, which supports eye health.
    Studies on olive oil have found that adding this oil to a healthy diet can lower the risk of inflammation and decrease numerous heart disease risk factors.
    In addition, studies have found that consuming ghee may increase levels of good cholesterol, also called HDLs, and protect against the formation of breast cancer cells.
