You and Dr. Dray have had a strong influence over my skincare routine. I absolutely love looove the fact you introduced us in applying cleanser on dry facial skin, working that into the skin, and using a wet wash cloth to take the cleanser off. No more splashing in the sink!
You also introduced me to LED Light therapy, which has made a significant improvement in the complexion of my skin - my dark circles are a thing of the past and overall it's smoother and firmer. I could go on and on about the great mentor you have been. 😊

I just ordered more of your products after loving the depuffer. Can’t wait to use. Best oil cleanser tried thus far for oily combo skin is Hada labo gokujun oil cleansing. I don’t use it in summer (because oil in summer scares me) but will start up in fall. And your thought bubble in meditation is EVERYTHING! 😂😂😂😂

Loved this video! I agree….a simple morning routine is the best! Micellular water, vitamin C and sunscreen. I only use 4 makeup products. I can’t do more then that. It takes too much effort at 6am to be complicated😂

Ordered the whole system with the de-puffer and it should be delivered tomorrow. I typically use all natural products most of the year and treat my hyperpigmentation in the fall through winter (to minimize endocrine disrupters) I love that it’s fragrance free and no dyes. I hope this helps. 😇

I like the morning skincare routine. Just started seeing a dermatologist after a 40 year hiatus and said keep it simple. Cleanse, Vit C and sunscreen/moisturizer. She said we don't need to use all the things.

i just got my depuffing eye serum roller thing yesterday in the mail and i used it and i love it. genius! i'll prob try more products, too. i have a tendency to have really puffy and dry eyes plus my eyes are big and light. so it's really not hard to miss and this was really excellent. 😊 omg your son is so cute!! omg and you're cute little daughter! omg too much cuteness 💕

Yes! Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer is the best! I’ve tried other ones, but none seem to look as natural and realistically glowy as Laura Mercier. 😊❤
It’s one of my favorites too! Have you tried the NARS tinted moisturizer? I really love that one as well! It doesn’t have spf in it though unfortunately.
Yes, I’ve tried NARS but had difficulty with finding the right color match. Although, I love the finish it gives and it looks really good on other people. 👍

I’m very curious how you incorporate (or recommend incorporating) devices into your routine (nuface/microcurrent, LED red light, etc.). I do my red light mask after washing my face and before applying my retinol in the evening, but am curious how your serum and moisturizer play in given their actives. I’m a big skincare nerd who went into surgery instead of derm (shout out to your evidence based approach! 😍) so I love having an easy to follow and efficient skincare routine. Thanks for mentioning that the active seal moisturizer pills because I found out I need to wait at least 30 min after applying it before doing sunscreen, otherwise my sunscreen flakes horribly!!

Ive been binge watching your videos, you have great character and i love how detailed you are in explaining and demonstrating. I want to know more about blending sunscreens before applying, and if its alright to mix different sunscreens, ie. Chemical and mineral, or different tinted ones, or mineral with a tinted moisturizer / bb creams.
