Not really there's no proof that it's harmful. But there's not enough data to know if it has any side effects in the long run.
Less ammount of bp3 doesn't cause any harm to your skin .

I've heard it's not suitable for oily/sensitive skin. Can maybe cause pimples/ allergic reactions to some.I've read some reviews of this sunscreen
But it not contains zinc oxide or titanium dioxide which is the main proven molecule to protect from sun
There are other organic filters as well so yes it does provide protection
