To get glowing skin, drink more water and remain hydrated. If you do not enjoy drinking regular water, you can include a little of lemon for taste. To exfoliate your skin, use a gentle scrub like Besan and tomato for oily skin or aloe vera for dry skin. You can additionally blend oats into a creamy paste, keep it in a container in your bathroom, and use it daily to softly scrub your skin with water. To wash your face, use riceberry face wash from littlextra that's gentle on your skin. It helps illuminate your skin and maintain it healthy.
I also use the same rice berry face wash and rice berry viatmin c serum on my face and it glows like anything without any pimples.
rice berry vitamin c serum really helped myself in getting better complexion, i am using my 2nd bottle now

Hello Doctor, I enjoyed listening to ALL your suggestions and have been incorporating most of them lately since this thing called “age” is slowly crept up and now is staring me in the face/mirror. All these years I’ve taken it for granted and have only invested in makeup 🤦🏻♀️ but now I’m find myself telling who cares about makeup if you do not have a good canvas to work with.
So long story short I’m heavily researching on skincare now. One thing I noticed you didn’t bring up or at least I don’t think you did was Vitamin C. Is it not as important as Niacinamide and ceramides to boost collagen ? Or is it just redundant ? A little confused doc….🤔 🫤🤷🏻♀️

Maam I am from south and climate in south is very humid even if I apply a cermide moisturiser and sunscreen I can see them follow down my neck . I feel chip chip on my skin within 2hrs. Which means oil on face . I use minimalist alpha arbutin derma co. Ceramide moisturiser, Dr shetts ceramide and sunscreen for night I apply salicylic acid serum. Still I am not able to get rid of this horrible sweat and oil. What should I do ...?
