Please provide vocational schools that can allow dependants to work full time and the main applicants to work while doing his or her program and also move with family

Yes, there are vocational schools in Finland that offer programs in English and accept non-European students. These schools provide various courses aimed at international students, including those not residing within the EU. You'll need to check the specific admission requirements and application procedures for each school, as they can vary. Most programs will require proof of English proficiency, and depending on the course, you might also need basic Finnish language skills, typically around levels A1.2 to A2.1. Most of these vocational colleges accept students who already have residency in Finland. There are only a few vocational schools that accept students from outside of Finland. If they do accept international applicants, it is often required that you travel to Finland to complete a language test or interview, which can complicate the process for those not already residing in or near Finland in Europe. I will always post updates when I receive information also for non-European Union citizens.

Even basic proficiency can significantly enhance your chances of being selected for training programs in general.

I've just made a video about the top 5 vocational schools for international students. As far as I know, there aren't any more at the moment. Other schools may require some basic Finnish skills or an interview in Finland. It's a new development in Finland that allows international students to apply. However, options for studies in English are limited.
