Please what's your advice. I got admission for Pgdiploma in Predictive Analytics in University of Winnipeg, Manitoba already paid my deposit and waiting for my PAL. I have a blood brother that has PR living with his wife and family in Alberta. Should I write IELTS and create Express entry profile now or wait to get Visa and move to Canada for study then create the Express entry profile after studies. Hello Wolo, I have an elder brother who's trying to relocate to Canada with his family. Him and his wife got high scores in ielts, but their crs scores are less than 400 cos they are in their 40es. Both of them are engineers with several years of experience. Is there any way my other brother and I can help them cos we are citizen and permanent resident respectively, and we reside in Alberta.

Hello Ma. I will be 35 in June. I will bag my MSc in UK this year. Do I need to still do IELTS to create an express entry profile? My wife also has a Master's Degree from Covenant Uni.
Yes, you will still have to write IELTS
Until you write the language exam, you cannot determine if you can create the EE profile, so its best to write it and get very high scores

Very profitable but require a Canadian certificate. Not a degree.

Under pnp, at least 45 years old.
Not scoring a band 5 and above should be a reason enough for one to just stay in their village.

You need to take the language test first, it will help determine if you can get a Canadian PR through any of the streams

It’s funny to hear how people put limitations on themselves because of age especially we as Africans.
Well, I took an academic IELTS exam last year after reading all the negative feedback I was hearing on social media just to see how I will fare if I need to write it one day. After watching CZcams videos and learning 2 hours daily for 6 weeks just to know how I would do and had an overall band score of 7.5 with 8 in listening being the highest and 7 in reading, writing, and speaking and I was 35.
IELTS is an exam and needs to be prepared for just like any other exam. The passing or failure rate is not dependent on age, please.

I was 33 when I came to Canada in 2002 with my Canadian Wife and our daughter. Took longer than it should because the govt changed the immigration rules which meant I had to redo my medical(another $1500 dollars) because it expired.
I was told because of our circumstances by a canadian at the enbassy to literally move to Canada and apply once I was there. Still took 8 months but was told it may have taken 2 years doing it from the UK.
