From time to time I get gifts sent to me often with out any warning
My CZcams contract says that they could be deemed as payed promotions
Due to the nature of me doing vids daily mostly in a hurry
I feel itâs best so not to fall foul of contract so I will now just add the hash tag #paidpromotion to all my vids This site contains affiliate links for which I may be compensated

Hi Olly, - MP work experience sounds an excellent idea, goodness knows they all certainly need it. Carpenter made a great job of the heat exchanger. Wow the field of beans looks absolutely amazing đ
I remember when I was an Agricultural student, I preferred sowing wild oats to picking them !!!
Apparently an Engineering company offered a work experience to Kier Starmer but he turned them down, he said he knew all about engineering as his dad was a "Toolmaker" lol
Well he made one. Didnt he.
I've emailed Steve Reed to repeat your offer. I suggested a day in a tractor to discuss the environment, farming & economics. I'm in his constituency when in London. Let's see..
90% today.. catching up on the jobs list..before the bloody rain starts again
Hi Olly your idea is brilliantâŠhope some MPs take it up đ
Those wild oats bring back memories of "rouging" or walking up and down the drills pulling all of the wild oats out and putting them in a fertilzer sack tied around your shoulders! And what I know as Shepherd`s Purse that seems to come in the peat from plants grown in the garden centres. They get pods on which explode in your face if you leave them too long and try to pull them out! I`m around 75% today as I have a minor operation sceduled for early tomorrow morning!
Best wishes for your procedure. From my experience, don't argue with the post operative recovery nurse; it will save time!
That was one of the jobs I hated
Thatâs a great idea Olly with the mp work experience
Great video I agree with what you say about MPs when I worked for tesco management at head office had to spend one week a year on the shop floor working and not in the office but filling shelves
Carpenter has made a splendid job of the heat exchange box , thought that was a good idea about MP work experience. 60% Today .
I think it's a great idea to offer the new cabinet work experience. They just need to clear it with their bosses in Davos đż first đ. The beans look amazing and so does the joinery on the dryer đđ
Get wardys team in pull the wild oats, you dead right about the experience for MPs. Need 20 to help garth sheep off mountain.Dry here in black mountains south wales. Till 5pm. 90%
Arnt your beans fantastic what a great crop It would if you could get your local MP to come down and see grass roots farming Hopefully see you tomorrow at the Great Yorkshire Nic bit of joinery theyâve made a job of your new dryer shed Itâs been a lovely day today been up at Gt Ecc show ground all day getting ready for weekend such a lot to do but itâs coming on fine Feeling 88%today and Olly another fantastic video
Great video Olly the beans are some hight..the joiner has made a fantastic job of boxing in the dryer..Morgan looked like someone from ghost busters...who you going to call dust busters đđ..50%đđđđ
The quiz on the drier, electric actuator for emptying or controlling flow of grain in drier, but my knowledge on driers is limited! Take its a batch drier rather than a continuous flow, you/they have made good job of fitting it.
If you can't open the door from the inside on yournew heat exchanger setup, you could consider an alarm or cutoff as a safety thing. Maybe an emergency stop button that has to twisted to reset it. Better safe than sorry. Looks brilliant, well done to the person who built it for you.
As kids we use to pull wild oats by hand 90%
Hi Olly
True words Government ministers doing jobs with no experience on Farming
Rain in East Devon. 80%. The beans look amazing. Thanks and take care.
Joiners done a grand job!Going to Yorkshire show today with kids out of school! definitely take your wellies! Thanks for the birthday mention of my sister!
Evening Olly I know it would be a pain but you could strim the tops off those horrible wild oats to stop them seeds getting in the wheat crop then after harvest spray the field.your beans look fantastic I can't wait to see the yield at harvest.keep up the great videos Olly and teamâ€â€â€đđđ
Not only do they need work experience, they need life experience too, 90% of them live in a bubble!
Wow Olly That bean field looked amazing! After all the set backs and problems over the last few months it's good to see at least one crop that has made it and should provide a decent return for you. đ€. Have a great time at the Yorkshire Show. đ.
That a great idea for the M.P. to learn about the real world ...I think we could round up a good few from the Irish Government that could do with some education about life in the real world. On your farm and other forms of Business
MP work experience now that a good idea! Cracking joinery job but think you will need atleast 2 more door fixings when you have the fan pulling and some dust in the heat exchanger it will suck the doors in I think
Good luck for tomorrow Olly, hope you don't get too dizzy with all the running around they've got lined up for you. Your chippy did a great job on the room too.
great video been wet much of the day on the Romney marsh 90% today
90% raining all day in Cornwall.....summer is coming soon
Hi its fine feild of beans, a. Mine in garden are good, only 65%,but sun is out, no. Rain yet, hope you have a good day out,
Could do with a trial of a Zurn black grass topper on that wheat đŸ to take out the heads of oats, Olly.
That'll keep you busy for days pulling those wild oats out!đđ
Great video Olly what a great idea MP work experience
Need one of those top cut things for those wild oats.
Good video đ 96% . Measure temperature in dryer.
Down in Devon it's been a horrendous afternoon, absolutely chucking it down.
That pole on the side of the dryer has a light on it to warn the low flying aircraft đ
I think there are better farms for an mp to visit most of the fields are covered in weeds or big bare patches or the crops are so thin you can see a mouse run through them, I would give up if my crops looked like that! not being negative just what I see. Oh but your beans are better than mine!! And Iâm 100%
The north west is to a good place to farm
But we do have to farm for profit not vanity
@@OllyBlogsAgricontractfarmer I havenât said it isnât a good place to farm, I commented on the state of the fields and crops, and congratulations if you can make money on those crops a lot of people couldnât I know. And I would hate to think that a politician who has very limited knowledge of farming thinks that we all farm like that! Iâm not a hater and a keyboard warrior hiding behind my computer with my pants around my ankles!!! Like everybody else does on this platform itâs just my opinion and itâs only fair to receive good and bad comments.
A great video olly, and we had a lots of rain here in cornwall.
another great video, i have got some brilliant sunflowers in my garden,
Hi Olly Nice one raining now had showers all day Thanks again
Your lucky to have a lovely day, here in west Cornwall itâs been peeing down all day just like a January month đ
Weâve got/had the rain your getting tomorrow down here in Devon. Its been pretty persistent, and really heavy at times.
No sun for us today đ
Crops not looking so bad considering the weather they were sown in. Like you say those beans are looking superb đđ»
Iâd say that new Cherry picker definitely makes sense with that warranty, no brainier Iâd say.
80%. Good video
Agree the New MPs and their senior staff should be visit the industry they are responsible for #mpworkexperience.
Great video . The chippy made a good job of the box
Nice video Olly, those beans look good. Could your work experience lad do a bit of roguing on those wild oats? I remember doing that for days years ago!
Great video. No rain here in West Norfolk today but 25mm on Saturday. Toyota give 11 years warranty on a Hilux.
Well done on your basket knowledge PM27 explains what you can and canât do with a non integrated man cage
The trick is to use an integrated basket on a tele handler that way you control the boom from the basket and you also have an E-Stop but you also still to have a driver in the cab seat
Merlo make quite a nice one opens to about 16 ft
Currently have 3 on rent from a company called Crop Mech
Have a good day in gods county tomorrow.
Hello olly it is the ram that raises and lowers the top part of the drier Ian seems to have veichles stashed everywhere đđ
For the e stop you loosen the screw with a ph2 and then pull up on a little silver catch and then pull the mushroom out from the outside.quiz question is a linear actuator
Has to be a level sensor 75% today
Be better if the MPs visited some small family mixed farms, where farmers are working often on there own 365 days a year and really struggling to make a living
That pole on the side of whatever you call it is it a thermostatđ Brighton East Sussex rain on and off all day apparently Tuesday it's going to be much the same
My grandfather used to say when it came sowing wheat. âThe wetter the bed the bigger the headâ well I think we will see if thereâs any truth in that this year
Would be a good job to see the MPs out learning what Farming is all about but cant see it ,they will be on the beach in there holidays .
3:35 ... The DAF LF was made by Leyland , please don't insult Ian's truck and put it in the same class as an Iveco... đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
Great video Olly
Good vlog nice đđđđđđđđ
Wot about getting a demo blackgrass surfer cutter, 12m wide i think,
to cut off the main of wildoats above corn?đ
Great video Ollyđđđ
Stu will love you Olly with the phacilia Sainfoin would be good too
We have had a lot of rain here in the cotswolds over the last 3 days we had 25 mm on Saturday with a lot more to come this week đą
Mixture of rain and sunshine down here in Dorset
See some has started harvesting near thirsk
The sourh of Cornwall has pissed it down all dayđą
Ollie get a Zurn weed topper on demo for controlling the wild oats and tall weeds.
Showers in kent today. Could try a Zurn top cut collection mower to remove wild oats. We were hoping to have on in to have a go at our black grass but contractor from Oxford has been too busy to get to kent
Hi Olly in principle MPs in the job being shown the concerns of industry at grass routes, my experiance with top MPs they just don't care unless it concerns them or lines their pockets, local MPs can be caring, only if you badger them constantly why don't they all work together and get stuff done they act like spoilt children most of the time realy puts you off wanting to listen to them.
728 no. 2 in outro? The A frame from the compressor looks well on the Valtra
great video enjoy yorkshire show
Hi olly good idea all political inns should know about life the jobs that we do farming lorry driving etc
Have to go pulling those wild oats by hand best way to get rid of them
Zurn harvesting top cut collection I just found the machine itâs a toe behind đđ
Be handy
They had a machine on four wimds farm ,(youtube channel) that cut the heads off wild oats couple of years ago
Moisture meter on the side of the dryer
very impressed with that concrete olly and very well finished hats off to Rob for spending the time with it, do they do any feeder mixers that would run off a hydraulic pump so say a builder could toe it and then with a hydraulic pump or electric turn it over ??
Chucking it down in Somerset now lol
Sell the Valtra and keep the 724!
Great video Olly at the Lamma show there was a machine for cutting black grass, out of fields when they are grown it cuts above the crops would that be any good, for cutting the wild oats out just a thought đđ
Chute opener. 70% today
That 724 at Parris Tractors went last week
đą
Unloading actuator on the dryer. Beans look great. Any winter barely close yet?
15:38 great content again
Olly needs to run for Office
Do many MPâs know or have a clue whatâs involved in producing food, thatâs the question ,let alone know what a farm is!
George ustice came from a farm and still was no help to farming
â@@richardmatthews3304 he not nick named, Useless for nothing đ đ
đđđŸđHand rogue the wild oats?
Any update on new office/rest area ?
Work experience for government ministers a great idea but would they take on the invitation?? Cherry picker would they do a long term hire on it so they are responsible for servicing and testing But buying sure youâd get a good deal
Think it opens the flap on the inside auger on the mecmar
Measures the grain height in tank
MP and work is a good idea but doubtful they will take you up in it
Olly why didn't you get 5 or 6 people to walk the wheat field and pick the wild oats many young people made a few Bob that way đ
Prob to many plus costly
WOPING wild oat pulling
what was the answer to the quiz question?
p.s. 22°C outside and the AC is on? Brits can't take the slightest amount of heat if that it seems đ
could you take the hedge cutter over those wild oats?
When do you use a chef!?
Can't you put a basket on the merlo? Don't they have that grey remote sockets on the boom?
I say minister in certain position should come from a background of that subject ie farmer is arg military someone with experience in it education former teacher who no the going ins etc
How have you got hot sun for past 5 days now itâs been non stop rain
What is the stuff you have drilled used for ??
