Commercial photographer Rick Rhodes gave American History TV a guided tour of his Charleston photo exhibit. How did that fire start? When was it?
@whippoorwillss It began not long after the firing on Ft. Sumter, destroying much of the lower peninsula. No one knows exactly how it started.
