Rio is becoming a fantastic interviewer. He doesn’t interrupt the guest, asks great questions, lightens the mood by asking few funny questions. Loved this interview and also the Tuchel one.

Hopefully we win the CL although I’ll still prefer domestic dominance. Guardiola is a once in a lifetime coach and I’m so glad he’s mine! 💙

Great comment
He would have been sacked after his first season performance under the Abramovich manager policy.
He wouldn't have gone to Chelsea, he knows what would happen then. He is the type of mananger that respects himself, Luis Enrique, Maximiliano Allegri, Marcelo Bielsa are the types of managers that want to lead the project because solid projects are the ones that make players good not the other way around.
Chelsea have decent players, but they have no unique footballing identity. In one season they'll be playing counterattacking football under one manager, in another, theyll be playing possession based football under another manager.. Pep knew if he went to Chelsea, they'll be very little legacy to leave behind. No disrespect intended on the club or its fans.. City, since the takeover, has been playing free flowing football and that hasn't changed under the 3 different managers. Also ex Barca officials are heading City who always support him..
