So, I just got one of these, and it doesnt work at all. I plug it into a phone or a computer, the red light goes on, but neither my computer nor my phone can see any connected device. Neither can access the SD card on this device. Am I doing something wrong?
I was trying for some time to find this product.
How to I copy photos and videos already on my phone to the SD card using this device? I have one and I can't figure out how.

All I'm trying to figure out is how to transfer files from the card in my phone to the card in my Vanja device.

Why doesn't it come with instructions? The light doesn't come on. No idea how to use it.

I got one in the last 3 months and it doesn't have any of the features on this one, no light, no movable parts, just accepts SD card and Micro SD card, as far as I can tell it doesn't work. I tried it in a PC and a MacBook Pro no sign if it's detected or not, tried it with other SD cards, same story. Cheap rubbish from Amazon.

Hi, you just need to put an sd card into the vanja card reader. Then contact the card reader to Note 5 phone. After seconds, the phone will recognize the reader. You can do the operation in "My Files" (or ES File Manager). Or maybe you can google how to do it.

Depends on your phone. You should be able to select the check boxes.
