Hello, thank you for watching. Yes, they are eligible, from ages 9 months and above. But if you have their yellow fever vaccine card from a hospital for at most 10 years " if I'm correct" of taking it, they will only be given a booster and issued the yellow fever card which was in my case as well.

Hello Jumia, I received the vaccine and was issued card today but I scanned the barcode using my scanner but is saying oops no record found what should I do
Hello, after scanning the barcode it will take you to the yellow fever portal then enter your passport number and yellow card number, and your details will appear.
Maybe you should go to the portal directly instead.
Hi I got my yellow card but they said afterwards to register it online on the yellow card website . It’s been 24 hours now and I still cannot register pls help
The process I know of is applying online before getting the yellow card
If you are still having issues registering, I would advise you contact them.

Not compulsory I guess, because I was not asked for it at any point of my travelling. But it's safe to have it if you ask me.

I don't know, but you can check the country's website for the information. Doing it will avoid unnecessary surprises, you might be asked for it at the airport. Just to avoid delays I will do it.
